Top AG Communications Casinos 2024

Casino Luck

Casino Lucksister sites

Casino Luck isn’t the most popular or successful of the AG Communications casinos. It is, however, the perfect casino to start with if we want to give you a good feel of what to expect from the casinos on this platform. That’s because the template-based design of Casino Luck is the same as the template-based design of at least two dozen other casinos on the AG Communications platform. It’s a template that isn’t especially easy on the eye, resulting in the intended Irish theme of Casino Luck getting slightly lost in all the noise. Don’t mistake form for function, though. When you play at an AG Communications casino, you’re playing at a site that offers access to thousands of slots and other casino games. The welcome promotions aren’t always spectacular – the one at Casino Luck is worth no more than £100 at best – but the iGaming portfolios always are.

Hopa

Hopasister sites

Unlike Casino Luck, Hopa actually is one of the most popular of the AG Communications sites. We’ve known that to be a fact for a very long time, but we’ve never really been able to work out why. It’s made with using the same basic, unattractive template as Casino Luck, and the casino’s logo is almost insultingly bad. High-concept branding isn’t for everybody, but most people could do better than a couple of minutes in MS Paint, which is the approach that the designers of Hopa took to their creation. Maybe we’re looking in the wrong place, though – the welcome promotion at Hopa is unusually generous by the standards of the casinos on this operator’s network, and the secret of its appeal might be as simple as that. Hopa also offers a sportsbook, but doesn’t make a great deal of noise about doing so. You’ll find it linked to the top of the casino’s homepage.

Karamba

Karambasister sites

Karamba is one of the signature white-label AG Communications sites. Lots of third parties approach AG Communications Limited to ask the company to make a casino website for them, and the operator is always happy to oblige. Most of the AG Communications casinos operate in this manner, and Karamba is one of the most successful of them. In fact, such has been the success of Karamba that the third-party company behind Karamba has gone on to open several other online casinos on the AG Communications platform. You can always tell, because the Karamba name appears in the footer of the casinos in question. This odd, lavender-coloured casino, with its cute blue parrot mascot, has proven itself to be a big hit all over Europe. It has a live casino, which a lot of AG Communications sites don’t, so that might be the reason why.

Dealers Casino

Dealers Casino sister sites

Dealers Casino is one of the oldest AG Communications sites but it underwent a revamp in 2023 in an attempt to extend its lifespan. That would normally be a good thing, but in this case, the revamp involved Dealers Casino being given the same template as Casino Luck and Hopa. The new logo is nice, but the template makes the casino look ten years out of date. We think that Dealers Casino is best described as a “standard issue” AG Communications site. It has the operator’s standard portfolio of games, comes with a fairly standard sign-up bonus, and offers a standard range of entertainment. That means Dealers Casino goes without sports betting, live casino games, or a dedicated area for playing instant-win scratchcards. Why the site is called “Dealers Casino” despite not having any live casino options is a mystery that we’re unable to solve.

Heyspin

Heyspinsister sites

Until early 2022, HeySpin was a straight-to-the-point slots website and didn’t offer anything other than slots. That’s why the casino was called “HeySpin.” After undergoing a redesign early that year, HeySpin became “HeySpin Sportsbook & Casino” and (as you might expect, given the new moniker) acquired sports betting and live dealer facilities. It also got a new logo for its trouble. What it didn’t get is a new design. We sound like a stuck record already, but HeySpin is one of the two dozen or so identical sites that all use the same AG Communications casinos template that we referred to earlier. The net result is that HeySpin, a casino that was totally redesigned only a couple of years ago, already looks ancient. That might not be so bad if the casino’s bonus offerings weren’t so weak. HeySpin offers a great range but very little in the way of perks.

Lucky Thrillz

Lucky Thrillzsister sites

Such is the popularity of the Irish theme that a casino network as bit as AG Communications Limited was always likely to use it more than once. It has, in fact, used it several times over, and Lucky Thrillz is evidence of that. If we were to blur the logos at Lucky Thrillz and Casino Luck, you’d have a very hard time trying to work out which is which. In both cases, the application of the Irish theme is minimal. Also in both cases, the AG Communications casinos template has been wheeled out again. With virtually no other differences between them, you might look to the sign-up offers to work out which casino is best. That’s where Lucky Thrillz lets itself down, as it offers no more than £25 as a matched deposit promotion to new players. Even by the fairly stingy standards of this platform, that’s low.

Lanadas

Lanadas sister sites

Take a second to look at the crown logo of Lanadas. It’s clean and classy, which builds the expectation that Lanadas will be a clean and classy casino. Sadly, those hopes are soon dashed because this is yet another implementation of that awful AG Communications casinos template. The theme of Lanadas used to be ancient Egyptian, but it no longer has any theme at all. From a design and marketing point of view, that’s surely a mistake. Another problem at Lanadas is that the banner on its homepage proudly proclaims that the casino offers almost nine hundred slots. That’s a big number, but it’s less than you’ll find at most AG Communications sites. We suspect that the banner is out of date, but even if that’s true, it’s another issue that the owners of Lanadas ought to be taking up with their design team.

Kaiser Slots

Kaiser Slotssister sites

If you boiled down an AG Communications casino site to its basic ingredients and then retrieved whatever was left from the pot, it would look a lot like Kaiser Slots. This is the template with everything stripped away save for the Kaiser Slots logo. Even the usual promotional banners are gone – the only one you’ll see on the homepage of this casino is a welcome message. At first glance, there don’t appear to be any welcome promotions available. A second glance reveals that one does exist, but given that it’s only worth a maximum of £10, it might as well not. The enduring success of Kaiser Slots has always been an enigma to us. We can only surmise that the people who play at Kaiser Slots first found the casino many years ago, and have continued to stay loyal to the site even though so many better options have opened in the years since.

AG Communications Limited Profile

The company that isn’t there

The most fascinating thing about AG Communications Limited to us is the fact that the company basically doesn’t exist. It offers more online casinos to the UK marketplace than almost any other operator and is one of the territory’s biggest white-label operators. Both of those statements have been true since 2009, but in real terms, there’s no such thing as AG Communications Limited.

If you check the website of the UK Gambling Commission, you’ll see that AG Communications Limited is based in Malta. All of the casinos that the company hosts and operates, with very few exceptions, are available in parts of the world other than the UK. If you were to go to any of those other parts of the world – let’s say Sweden, for example, and loaded Mr Play or one of the other AG Communications sites, you wouldn’t see the AG Communications Limited name at the bottom of the website. Instead, you’d see the name of Aspire Global – a much larger casino network company that’s been around for an awful lot longer. Aspire Global came up with the AG Communications Limited name when it decided to enter the UK marketplace in 2009. The “AG” literally means “Aspire Global.”

The question of why Aspire Global felt the need to come up with a new trading style for the UK marketplace is one that we struggle to answer. The company already has a UK Gambling Commission licence of its own and continues to maintain that licence to this day despite not having any online casinos listed on it. AG Communications is a phantom operator – a front for someone else – and so we’re wasting our time trying to profile it. Let’s move on to the company behind the veil.

AG Communications Limited as an Aspire Global Plc company

aspire global limited logo

Aspire Global is, as we’ve already said, older than AG Communications Limited. It would have to be, because Aspire Global operates AG Communications like a sock puppet. Fortunately, Aspire Global has a UK-facing website, and through that website, we’ve been able to piece together a few facts and figures about the company. We know, for example, that Aspire Global was founded in 2005, sharing the same Malta address as AG Communications (obviously). We also know that in the present day, Aspire Global holds licenses that allow it to offer its casino and iGaming services in more than thirty regulated markets.

The impressive numbers don’t stop there. Aspire Global is, as its name suggests, a truly global company. It employs more than six hundred people, including more than thirty different nationalities, and that workforce looks after more than one hundred and seventy casino brands – a number that’s constantly rising. Only around half of those casinos have ever been available in the UK, so while the UK is a massive market for the company, Aspire Global clearly doesn’t see it as the be-all and end-all.

The business philosophy of Aspire Global is one of finding new partners and building new casino websites for them. It calls its white-label platform (the source of the template we were so critical of in our AG Communications casinos summary) “AspireCore iGaming,” and hails it as the result of more than fifteen years of work. All of the casinos come packed full of great games, helped in no small measure by the fact that Aspire Global has acquired well-known providers like BtoBet and Pariplay over the years, keeping both companies on as in-house brands capable of providing casinos with exclusive content. Aspire Global calls itself “the world’s leading iGaming B2B supplier.” We know of other white-label casino network companies with more sites to their name, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that the claim isn’t true.

AG Communications Limited in the NeoGames era

AG Communications owner NeoGames

You’ll often hear it said that business is a dog-eat-dog world. It’s said so often because it’s true, and Aspire Global found that out first-hand in 2022. After spending a few years hoovering up smaller companies like Pariplay, the company found itself the subject of a takeover bid from NeoGames, a world-leading iLottery supplier. The bid was accepted, and the takeover went through later that same year. As such, after fifteen years of independence, Aspire Global (and, by extension, AG Communications Limited) became the property of somebody else.

While NeoGames doesn’t list its location on its website, we’ve been able to track the company’s head office down to Tel Aviv, Israel. However, it’s a company with enormous global reach and has lottery customers in both North America and South America, as well as Portugal, Italy, Croatia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Turkey, Austria and further afield. One of those customers is Caesar’s Entertainment in Las Vegas, Nevada, which gives you a sense of what a major player in the market NeoGames is. However, since concluding its takeover of Aspire Global in 2022, the company hasn’t shown any interest in making major changes. Initial speculation that lottery games might be added to all the AG Communications casinos proved to be unfounded, and for now, at least, life for Aspire Global and its sock puppet brand continues to be business as usual.

Even More About AG Communications Limited

Slotfruit Decided Which AG Communications Casinos are Ripe for the Picking

With one of the largest portfolios of white-label online casinos, knowing where to start with the collective of AG Communications sites isn’t exactly easy. However, as sites, such as Slotfruit, are prepared to do all of the heavy lifting in terms of researching the platforms and cherry-picking the most superlative slots sites, it is more than worth checking out their recommendations. Before getting into the ranked list, Slotfruit revealed that one of their 50 (or so) online casinos is “one of the most popular online casino platforms in the contemporary online gaming industry”. Slotfruit was, of course, talking about Mr Play, which was introduced as an online casino in 2017 before expanding to welcome sports bettors. In 2024, the betting markets comprehensively cover all of the major betting markets from across the world. The second recommended casino, Queen Play Casino, was designed to appeal to a very different demographic; the hyper-feminine online casino carries all of the same games and perks you can find on the rest of the AG Communications casino; the only difference is the strong emphasis on the pretty and pink aesthetic. The other recommended casinos included HeySpin, Regent Play, and one of the later additions to the AG Communications network, Vegasland Casino.

WhichBingo Reviewed SpinShake Casino

In February 2024, WhichBingo spotted a new online casino in the AG Communications ranks and wasted no time having their say on the online casino. WhichBingo found that SpinShake Casino boasts a staggering array of over 1000 slots and live casino games, featuring top-tier software providers like NetEnt, Microgaming, and Play ‘n GO. The online casino reviewers noted that SpinShake’s appeal is further enhanced by its user-friendly mobile gaming experience and a variety of customer support options, including live chat.

In the words of WhichBingo, the casino’s welcome offer is particularly noteworthy, providing a 100% bonus of up to £50 plus 25 spins on the popular Starburst slot, albeit with a slightly higher than average minimum deposit of £20. Regular promotions, including slots tournaments and jackpot slot promotions, keep the gaming experience fresh and exciting.
WhichBingo noted that banking at SpinShake is a streamlined experience, with a wide range of payment options like PayPal, Skrill, and Paysafecard, although, WhichBingo did digress that the withdrawal process could be quicker. But on the plus side, the casino’s commitment to security is evident in its adherence to UK gambling regulations and the use of SSL encryption for transactions.

The review concluded by revealing that despite the lack of a 24/7 customer support and a dedicated mobile app, SpinShake’s mobile-friendly website ensures a seamless gaming experience on the go. Awarding a 4-star rating, WhichBingo highlights SpinShake Casino as a top choice for players seeking a vast selection of games and a robust live casino experience.

HeySpin Was Ranked as One of the Best High Roller Casinos by Bojoko

When Bojoko listed the top high-roller online casinos, several AG Communications casinos, including HeySpin, featured prominently. These casinos cater to players who prefer high stakes, offering an environment where larger bets are not just accepted but welcomed. High-roller casinos like these provide a range of perks, from higher withdrawal limits to exclusive loyalty rewards, ensuring a premium experience for those who enjoy betting big.
HeySpin, in particular, stands out with its enticing welcome package, designed to attract players who are not shy about making substantial deposits. These casinos are not just about high stakes; they also offer a diverse range of games, including live dealer options and a plethora of slots, ensuring that there’s something for every high roller’s taste. The emphasis on VIP treatment is evident, with tailored services and rewards that make high rollers feel truly valued.

The experience at these casinos is further enhanced by the availability of fast payment methods and high withdrawal limits, catering specifically to the needs of high-stakes players. This focus on providing a bespoke and luxurious gaming experience makes AG Communications’ casinos, like HeySpin, a top choice for those who seek the thrill of high stakes in a secure and rewarding environment.

Betgrouse Was Put in the Spotlight by The Sun’s Casino Reviewers

On the 11th of March, The Sun reviewed Betgrouse, a new online casino in the UK managed by AG Communications. Betgrouse, owned by Cyprus-based Scartesu Limited, offers a fresh and engaging platform for UK players, featuring a variety of games and bonuses. The review highlighted Betgrouse’s welcome offer, which grants new UK players a 100% bonus up to £25 on their initial deposit of £20 or more, along with 25 free spins on NetEnt’s Book of Dead slot. These bonuses come with a 35x wagering requirement and a 21-day completion period. Additionally, Betgrouse sends exclusive bonuses through email, including free spins and deposit bonuses, although Rewards Points are not available to UK players.

AG Communications Betgrouse Sun Review

Reviewers discovered that Betgrouse’s game selection, with around 500 options, includes popular titles from leading software providers. The platform also features frequent tournaments, adding a competitive edge to the gaming experience. While the site excels in offering multiple payment methods, a reasonable welcome bonus, and fast withdrawals, it could improve by enhancing game filters, providing 24/7 live chat support, and developing a mobile app. The review also covered the registration process, which was deemed straightforward and requires standard personal information. For withdrawals, Betgrouse requires KYC verification and offers various payment methods, though withdrawals using Mastercard and Paysafecard are not permitted.

AG Communications UKGC Sanctions

In 2022, AG Communications Limited faced regulatory action from the UK Gambling Commission, resulting in sanctions imposed on the 14th of November. The casino brand operator was found to have breached paragraphs 1 and 2 of licence condition 12.1.1, which pertains to anti-money laundering and the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. Consequently, the UKGC imposed a financial penalty of £237,600 under section 121(1) of the Gambling Act 2005. Additionally, AG Communications Limited received a warning and had additional conditions attached to its operating licence. These conditions require the company to conduct risk-based due diligence on third parties it transacts with.
