Betiton Sister Sites: Former Casinos and Where They Stand Now

For British customers, the important historical link was the licensed operator, AG Communications Limited. Aspire Global supplied the platform behind the casino and sportsbook. Those two roles explain why differently branded websites could have similar game menus and account procedures without being the same consumer brand.

The AG Communications domain register now marks Betiton and all ten names below inactive on that operator’s account. The company’s remote operating licences remain active. Neither fact establishes what every former customer brand is doing elsewhere: Dream Jackpot also appears as active under Jupiter Gaming, and Neptune Play has a separate white-label entry under Anakatech Interactive.

The following comparison records the position checked on 30 September 2026. “Former sister” means a documented historical operator relationship. It does not mean that an old Betiton login, bonus or balance can be used at another website.

Dream Jackpot: an active casino under Jupiter

Dream Jackpot is the clearest reason to look beyond the old AG Communications list. Its current terms identify Jupiter Gaming Limited, and the Jupiter Gaming register lists its domain as active. Calling it closed because its former AG entry is inactive would miss its current operation.

The product is casino-led. The present lobby separates new releases, popular games, Drops & Wins, Slingo and Megaways, with titles including Big Bass Splash and Gold Blitz Express. This is a different proposition from Betiton’s combined sportsbook and casino. The historical image below shows the white interface, prominent game categories and tiled slots collection rather than a sports fixture list.

Dream Jackpot’s terms dated 17 August 2026 require British residence, adult eligibility and verification before depositing. Its payment information gives a £10 minimum deposit and withdrawal, with support handling enquiries about smaller remaining balances. Those are Dream Jackpot’s conditions, not inherited Betiton conditions. A familiar game library does not carry over an account or establish entitlement to another welcome offer.

Neptune Play: a closure notice and a separate listing

Neptune Play historically resembled Betiton more closely in product scope than the casino-only brands. Its dark, underwater-themed interface placed Casino and Sport together at the top. The illustrated lobby also separated slots, table games, live casino and jackpots, with Gold Blitz Express, Big Bass Splash and The Goonies visible among the game tiles.

Its present evidence needs careful reading. The public Neptune Play address leads to an official notice stating that the website stopped operating on 30 June 2026 under AG Communications. Separately, the Anakatech Interactive register contains neptuneplay.com with a white-label designation. That is a real additional operator record, but the closure page does not provide a functioning new casino or new account terms.

For an old AG account, the closure notice’s support route remains the relevant starting point. For any claimed future reopening, the actual accessible website and its contractual operator would need to match the new service. The separate listing should not be turned into a promise that customers can already sign in or transfer money.

Karamba: a later White Hat closure

Karamba had an especially close historical connection to Betiton’s launch team: Betiton co-founder Arnaud Serour had previously been Karamba’s managing director. Its casino identity was also distinctive, with a turquoise wordmark, deep-blue interface and colourful parrot-led promotions. The historical screen shows casino, live casino and sports navigation together, illustrating the broader product mix shared with Betiton.

The current Karamba closure notice gives 24 August 2026 as its end date. Crucially, it identifies White Hat Gaming Limited as the licensed operator for the closed service, rather than telling every customer to contact AG Communications. It says remaining cash balances would be returned to the registered payment method within seven days of closure, while bonus funds, free spins and loyalty points were voided.

That was the notice’s stated refund timetable, not proof that every payment arrived. Unresolved funds enquiries are directed to karamba@gamingcustomersupport.com. The notice separately assigns future brand and marketing data responsibilities to Karamba Limited and explains White Hat’s retention of regulatory records. Those distinctions matter when the same brand has passed through more than one operator.

Queen Play: the royal-themed casino

Queen Play used a bright pink and blue royal identity, with a crowned character at the centre of its welcome artwork. That presentation contrasted with Betiton’s betting-led name and sports offering. The historical banner below is an international euro-denominated promotion, so its figures should not be read as a British offer or something available today.

The Queen Play website states that it has not operated since 28 May 2026. Its historical British connection to Betiton is separately recorded under AG Communications. This illustrates why territory matters: an international closure footer and a British operator record can concern the same brand while naming different legal companies.

The useful comparison is therefore historical: Queen Play foregrounded a colourful casino welcome rather than Betiton’s combination of casino games and sports betting. An old Queen Play bonus image or review cannot establish a current registration opportunity, and the former relationship gives it no role in settling a Betiton account.

Spin Rio: the tropical casino

Spin Rio’s old interface made the theme immediately recognisable. A toucan, tropical leaves and a Rio backdrop dominated the main panel, while a blue sidebar grouped casino games, live casino and promotions. The result was a casino-focused browsing route rather than a sportsbook home screen, even though the British operation shared Betiton’s former operator.

The Spin Rio closure message dates the end of the website to 28 May 2026. The historical screenshot remains useful for identifying the brand and its navigation, but its welcome package is no longer an available invitation. Its game tiles also show why visual familiarity is a weak guide to ownership: common studio titles can appear at unrelated casinos as well as genuine sisters.

Someone looking for the old tropical design should distinguish recognition from account continuity. A similar toucan, game or colour scheme elsewhere is not evidence that a new website holds Spin Rio records or honours its old promotions.

Plaza Royal: a dated closure notice

Plaza Royal belonged to the same former British operator family and now displays a dated closure notice. The notice appears over a blurred casino game grid, preserving the context of the product while giving an explicit end date of 28 May 2026. It identifies AG Communications and supplies a route for outstanding balances and withdrawals.

Unlike a bare inactive entry, that message explains both what happened and where a former customer can start. It points to asg_supportcenter@aristocrat.com and describes the alternative dispute resolution route if a complaint reaches a final response or remains unresolved after eight weeks. The Plaza Royal domain is therefore useful as a closure reference, not as a live casino recommendation.

Its position also differs from Dream Jackpot’s: there is a dated shutdown notice rather than an accessible casino with a different current operator. Keeping those outcomes separate makes the old Betiton family more understandable than a single “inactive” label.

PlayFrank: the June closure and support route

PlayFrank continued later than the brands whose notices specify May. Its official closure page says that it stopped operating on 30 June 2026. The page names AG Communications as the former operator and gives the same dedicated Aristocrat support address for an account balance or pending withdrawal.

The distinction is practical for reconstructing an account history. A May shutdown date copied from Queen Play would place PlayFrank’s closure a month too early. A dated transaction or support email should be considered against the right brand’s notice, rather than against a supposed single shutdown date for the entire platform.

The present page offers assistance and complaint information, with a blurred games background. It does not present a new playable catalogue. That makes PlayFrank a former network comparison and an account-support reference, even though its old logo and casino imagery may still circulate in search results.

CasinoLuck: from casino to comparison publisher

CasinoLuck’s historical casino used a black, white and green design, with an explorer-themed welcome panel and a dense game grid. Its screen separated slots, jackpots and Drops & Wins and showed games such as Book of Dead, Big Bass Bonanza and Starburst. The emphasis was on finding casino games, rather than Betiton’s dual casino and sportsbook identity.

The present CasinoLuck website publishes comparisons of other casinos. Its old domain is inactive on the AG Communications account, and the current comparison pages should not be mistaken for the former casino cashier. A page featuring a “play” link to another brand is providing an onward destination, not restoring the old CasinoLuck account service.

This change is particularly easy to miss when an old browser bookmark still resolves successfully. A working domain and familiar name show that a website exists; they do not establish that the same gambling contract, company or customer balance continues behind it.

Mr Play: a newsletter is not a reopened casino

Mr Play’s moustache identity gave it a playful visual signature. Its historical homepage combined roulette chips, a blue promotional panel and prominent casino, live casino and sports navigation. Below that, separate game categories led into the catalogue. Those details explain its place beside Betiton more clearly than the similarity of their platform alone.

The current Mr Play page acknowledges that the site closed on 28 May 2026 and invites visitors to receive future updates. A newsletter invitation does not establish a relaunch date, licensed replacement service or new playable casino. Nor does it say that an old account balance has moved to a new operator.

The historical screenshot’s Book of Dead promotion belongs to the former product. It is useful for recognising the brand and its casino emphasis, but not for assessing a present welcome package. Any future service would need its own current terms and operator identity.

Mr Mega: a familiar name on a different kind of website

Mr Mega is another case where the brand name survives on a different kind of page. The present Mr Mega homepage introduces casino reviews and comparisons, with separate navigation for online casinos and sportsbooks. The image below shows a ranked external casino listing rather than a lobby of games played in a Mr Mega account.

There is also a documented business-history connection. Aristocrat Interactive’s January 2025 Betiton announcement named Mr Mega alongside Betiton, Myriad Play and PlayHooley in the customer brand portfolio. That is more specific historical evidence than merely spotting similar page layouts. It does not establish that today’s comparison website operates the former gambling business.

For a reader arriving from an old Betiton sister list, the distinction changes the purpose of the visit. Mr Mega can now be a source of third-party listings; it should not be described as an active Betiton sister casino, a shared wallet or a destination for withdrawing an old Betiton balance.

Betiton’s casino and sportsbook history

Aspire Global announced Betiton’s launch on 3 March 2020. The service combined casino and sports betting. Co-founder and chief executive Arnaud Serour had left his role as Karamba’s managing director in September 2019, and Betiton selected Aspire’s platform that autumn. The announcement described a package covering payments, risk, customer support and customer relationship management as well as the gambling products.

That history helps explain both the similarities and the limits of “sister site”. Shared platform services can shape the menus and account processes, while separate brands use different themes and promotions. Our August 2022 description recorded a mix of classic and video slots, with titles including 27th Cabaret, Judgement of Anubis, Magic Orb and Slingo Stampede, alongside blackjack, roulette and baccarat. It also described sports features called GuessItOn and Boostiton, plus early cash-out. These are details of the earlier product, not a current game catalogue or a claim that the former features remain available.

The sports features served different purposes. The recorded GuessItOn promotion involved a weekly prediction competition; Boostiton concerned accumulator boosts on selections of four to fifteen legs. Early cash-out concerned settling an eligible bet before the event ended. An accumulator boost changes the potential return on qualifying bets, whereas early cash-out changes when a bet is settled. Neither feature establishes that the underlying odds were better than another bookmaker’s.

Earlier coverage also listed card and e-wallet payments and quoted deposit thresholds, withdrawal timing and dormant-account charges. Those historic figures are unsuitable as instructions for recovering money today. Closure enquiries depend on the customer’s actual account terms and transaction records, not on assuming that a 2022 minimum deposit or processing estimate still applies.

Aristocrat Interactive announced an Ontario launch in January 2025, describing Betiton’s fourth market and a full white-label arrangement. The announcement highlighted Roxor content and named the wider brand portfolio. That regional expansion is part of Betiton’s history; an Ontario announcement does not establish British availability or the current status of every international version.

In May 2026, Aristocrat’s financial reporting described its strategic exit from white-label operations. The individual notices above show why that business decision should not be simplified into one closure date or a claim that every associated brand vanished. Different brands closed at different times, changed operators or continued using their names for publishing.

What Betiton.com offers now

The current Betiton website describes casinos and betting sites by region and publishes guides and betting calculators. Its footer says it does not operate gambling services. Its lists and outward links therefore serve a different purpose from the former casino and sportsbook account.

The historical July 2026 image shows that comparison format: country navigation, casino listings and external offers replace the old betting and casino account experience. A promotion displayed beside another casino’s name belongs to that listed service. It should not be relabelled as a Betiton welcome bonus.

This matters when following an old search result, saved password or bookmark. Recognise the name, then identify what the page actually does. A calculator, review or free-game demonstration is not a cash account, and a new external registration does not resolve an old withdrawal. The present publisher’s content and the former operator’s account obligations are separate questions.

Old balances, records and complaints

Begin with the company identified in your own account terms, statements or closure correspondence. For the former British Betiton operation, the historical operator was AG Communications. For Karamba’s later closed service, the current notice identifies White Hat. Sending the same enquiry to whichever familiar sister name still loads can therefore reach the wrong organisation.

A useful enquiry identifies the brand and registered account email, the transaction date, the amount and currency, and any existing withdrawal or complaint reference. Keep the distinction between cash, bonus funds and unsettled bets clear. A screenshot of a balance is helpful context, but an operator may also need its payment reference to trace a particular transaction.

AG’s published Plaza Royal, PlayFrank and Neptune notices direct outstanding account enquiries to the Aristocrat support centre. Those notices also describe referral to eCOGRA after a final response or eight weeks without resolution. For a Betiton issue, establish the operator and complaint route from the account correspondence and ask that team to confirm responsibility; another brand’s notice is not a guarantee about an individual claim.

The Gambling Commission’s March 2025 public statement on AG Communications provides relevant historical context. It recorded anti-money-laundering and social-responsibility failings, including self-exclusion problems, and a £1,407,834 payment in lieu of a financial penalty. It also identified issues with the former Neptune Play terms and sports-rules information. These findings concern the operator and period examined; they are not findings against Jupiter’s current Dream Jackpot service or Anakatech merely because a familiar domain appears on another register.

When comparing an active replacement, read its present operator, payment rules, eligibility and self-exclusion provisions independently. A former platform connection is useful history, but it cannot answer those account questions. The most meaningful outcome of this comparison is knowing which names are closed, which websites have changed purpose and which surviving casino has a different current operator.
