The live 2026 footer on the same domain repeats every one of those details and changes only the company name to SCGO Limited. Same Malta number, same building, same licence, different name on the door.

The Commission’s own register bears that out on timing. A capture of the account 44662 page from July 2021 still shows the licensee as Vivaro Limited, and the January 2023 regulatory settlement was announced under that name, but by July 2023 the same account page reads SCGO Limited. The change therefore lands somewhere in the first half of 2023, shortly after the settlement was published, and we have not found a primary source that fixes an exact date.

There is one further thread worth naming so nobody chases it. Companies House holds an overseas-company record for SCGO Limited under number FC041716, showing Malta as the country of origin and C45929 as the home registration number. That record covers a British establishment opened in July 2024 and marked converted or closed at the end of December 2025, which affects the branch registration only. The Malta company and the Gambling Commission licence are both plainly still running, which is what actually matters to a player.
