The short answer: 24 Spin is the closest HeySpin sister site we can verify today. Both brands identify Play Gamified Limited as owner and Jumpman Gaming Limited as their Great Britain operator. Amazon Slots, Loot Casino, Rainbow Spins, Pirate Slots and Aladdin Slots are useful current comparisons because the UKGC lists them on Jumpman account 39175, but that same-licence evidence does not by itself prove common brand ownership.

I’d give this site zero stars if I could. From my experience, they simply don’t pay out, and that alone is enough for me to say people should stay well away.
I was annoyed because some of the games I genuinely enjoyed, like Gorilla Kingdom, Captain Venture and Buffalo Blitz, suddenly vanished for no clear reason. Oddly enough, when I checked on mobile I could still see them there, which only made the whole thing more baffling.
I came away convinced the place was rigged and only there to take people’s money. From my side, it felt like one to avoid completely.
I received an offer to place a £30 acca and get a £30 free bet, followed the instructions properly, and then got dragged through one ridiculous excuse after another when the free bet never arrived. One support agent told me my odds didn’t qualify, another said I’d already used the free bet, then someone else claimed the offer had expired before the email was even sent, and eventually they landed on saying I hadn’t opted in at all. It was like dealing with a team of people all reading from different scripts, none of which matched reality.
I’m genuinely surprised by the negative reviews because, for me, this has been one of the best casino sites around. I’ve had some substantial wins, withdrawals have been quick, and I’ve never run into any real problems. It’s easily one of my favourite sites to use.
