Hopa Sister Sites: Closure, Casino History and Comparisons

Hopa closed on 24 August 2026. G’Day Casino, Spin Station, Mr Ben, Grand Ivy and PlayGrand belong to its former White Hat Gaming network, but they do not inherit its closed accounts. Below are Hopa’s refund contact, its casino and sportsbook history, and illustrated comparisons showing how those brands differ.

Hopa’s closure and missing refunds

The official Hopa notice gives 24 August 2026 as the closure date. Gambling and account access ended then. Any remaining cash was to be returned to the registered payment method within seven days; bonus funds, free spins and loyalty points were cancelled.

That refund window has passed. For a missing payment or another closed-account query, the notice names hopa@gamingcustomersupport.com. Include your account reference, the amount you believe is outstanding and the relevant withdrawal or payment reference. Bank and card statements can help establish whether money arrived under a merchant description you did not recognise.

A cash balance, an unfinished withdrawal and unused promotional credit are different things. The notice promises the return of cash, not the conversion of bonus funds into money. Opening an account elsewhere does not settle any of those questions, and another White Hat casino is not a replacement Hopa cashier.

Hopa’s casino and sportsbook before closure

Hopa combined a casino, live dealer games and sports betting. Its July 2026 homepage gave Casino, Live Casino, Sports and Promotions separate places in the header. Search and a larger menu sat on the left, with the Hopa logo in the centre. That layout made the product divisions visible before a visitor reached the games.

The dark-blue header and blue buttons differed from the older black-and-grey lobby. The main promotional panel occupied most of the first screen, but it did not replace the routes into the different products. Someone who used Hopa for football betting had a different starting point from someone returning to a favourite slot or a dealer-led roulette table.

The earlier lobby gives a clearer view of how the game catalogue was arranged. In February 2024, Featured Games, New, Slots, Jackpots, Drops & Wins and All Games appeared above the first row. Book of Dead, Big Bass Bonanza, Gold Blitz Extreme and Fishin’ Frenzy: The Big Catch were among the pictured games. These are historical examples, not games still available at Hopa.

The category bar served two different purposes. New and Featured Games helped people browse without a particular title in mind, while Slots and Jackpots narrowed the kind of game. A search control in the header offered a more direct route. Several former-network casinos still organise their public catalogues around comparable categories, although a familiar game name does not establish identical stakes, bonus eligibility or account terms.

Hopa’s live-game offering included roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game shows in its operating years. Those products were distinct from the ordinary slot catalogue: a table has a particular variant, betting limits and rules, while a game show can involve a wheel or another live format. The old sportsbook added event markets rather than another casino category. A site with an extensive slot list therefore does not necessarily reproduce the part of Hopa a sports customer used.

How the old weekend promotion worked

The July screenshot advertises 60 spins across the weekend. Its small print describes a Thursday qualifying deposit of at least £50, followed by 20 spins a day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, for eligible Pragmatic slots. The headline total was spread across three days, not delivered as 60 unrestricted spins immediately.

The pictured terms also treated spin winnings as bonus funds, capped those winnings at £100 and applied 10x wagering to the bonus. For example, a hypothetical £12 credited in bonus winnings would mean £120 of qualifying wagering under that multiplier. That is a condition of the old promotion, not a prediction of winnings or a deposit recommendation. The notice also specified separate deadlines for using spins and bonus funds.

This weekly promotion was different from Hopa’s former welcome packages. The February 2024 image shows a welcome wheel and a deposit offer, while later coverage described a smaller qualifying-wager spin offer. Offers changed during the site’s life; none of these screenshots or old codes creates an available Hopa bonus after closure.

Comparing Hopa’s former network

White Hat Gaming’s domain records list G’Day Casino as Active and Spin Station, Mr Ben, Grand Ivy and PlayGrand as White Label. Hopa itself is Inactive. Those entries explain the operator relationship. The dated images and product details below show the more useful differences between the brands.

G’Day Casino

G’Day Casino has an Australian theme, with green navigation, orange skies and a landscape silhouette around the lobby. Its July image shows a left-hand category menu beside the main content, rather than Hopa’s broad horizontal game strip. Live Casino, Roulette, Blackjack and Table each have their own route, alongside slots and jackpot categories.

Search, a provider filter and the sorting control sit immediately above the game area. A favourites row explains that the heart on a thumbnail adds a game to the collection. This is a practical distinction for someone who returns to a few familiar titles: the saved collection can be more useful than repeatedly working through a promotional homepage. The pictured lower row includes Dead Man’s Gold, Geese with Attitude, Shuriken Legend and Wild Willy’s Gold Rush.

The current public menu retains separate casino and live-game routes, plus Fun & Scratch and Must Go Jackpots. Its international welcome package is spread across three deposits and expressly excludes customers in Great Britain and Canada. British customers are excluded from that euro offer even though G’Day has a UK register entry. G’Day’s public casino navigation makes it a catalogue comparison; it does not establish an equivalent Hopa sportsbook or access to a former Hopa balance.

Spin Station

Spin Station uses a lighter page with red highlights, large category icons and a prominent slot-machine banner. In the July 2026 capture, Live Casino, Table and Slots appear in the top navigation, while Bonus Wheel and VIP have separate destinations. This is more of a casino-and-rewards presentation than Hopa’s combined casino-and-sports header.

Below the promotion, the catalogue has dedicated Big Bass, Blackjack, Roulette and Poker categories as well as New, Popular and Providers. A combined game-or-provider search sits beside three display controls for grid, list and tiles. These controls matter when a visitor wants a particular studio or prefers a denser view of the catalogue. A large welcome banner is only one part of the layout.

The current public English Finland edition retains those search and browsing routes. Its offer differs from the percentage shown in the dated image, which is a reason to keep that screenshot in its historical context. Neither the old euro headline nor the White Label entry proves eligibility for a UK welcome bonus. For a former Hopa customer, the meaningful comparison is Spin Station’s explicit game filters and separate reward pages; the title and conditions of a current promotion need to be considered on their own.

Mr Ben

Mr Ben stands out through its orange background and a suited character in a cap. The March 2026 screenshot has two promotional panels side by side, followed by compact catalogue buttons and a search field. It is a very different visual treatment from Hopa’s blue homepage, even though both used the White Hat network.

The historical header includes Casino, Live Casino, Sportsbook, My Games and Offers. Its historical product range included sports betting as well as casino games. The sportsbook link is visible in the image, although it does not by itself establish which sports or markets are available today. Under the panels, Slots, Live Casino, Casino Games and Providers provide separate ways into the catalogue.

A Jackpot Games row appears beneath those filters. The screenshot also separates a welcome promotion from the broader Offers panel, rather than treating every reward as one package. Its displayed bonus and loyalty points belong to March, not to a fresh promise for former Hopa customers.

The current UK register still labels www.mrben.com White Label. The historical layout is useful for recognising the brand and its former product range, but it cannot establish current withdrawal speed, live-table availability or the terms of a new account. Those details should come from the exact service being offered, not from Hopa’s former rules.

Grand Ivy

Grand Ivy uses black and gold, a crest-style logo and a restrained layout. Its July homepage places a sports promotion above a casino catalogue. Casino, Live Casino, Sports and Promotions all appear in the header, so its polished appearance should not be mistaken for a product limited to live tables.

The lower section shows a game-or-provider search and a category list beside the games. Popular Games, New Games, Pragmatic Play, Big Bass and Octoplay Jackpots are visible. Book of Dead, Big Bass Splash, Starburst, Big Bass Bonanza and Legacy of Dead appear in the pictured row. That combination offers both specific provider routes and broader browsing categories.

Grand Ivy’s current public menu also separates casino, live casino and sports. Its My Rewards area distinguishes Bonus Wheel from the Loyalty Program. For someone comparing it with Hopa, the relevant questions are which product they used and which particular game or market they want to find. A shared provider or a more formal theme cannot establish identical tables, odds or withdrawal arrangements.

The pictured sports promotion is dated July and includes qualifying conditions beneath its headline. It is not a casino-wide entitlement, and it is not compensation for a cancelled Hopa promotion. Grand Ivy is recorded as White Label under White Hat; its own account and offer conditions remain separate from the closed Hopa account.

PlayGrand

PlayGrand has a dark, uncluttered homepage with pink buttons. The March screenshot places Games and Promotions in the header. Beneath the opening welcome area, a promotions panel and a New Games row sit alongside one another, keeping the offer separate from the catalogue.

The pictured new-game tiles include Godbreaker, Diamond Heist and Treasure Tumble. They describe that moment in the catalogue, not a permanent list of recommended games. The current English site similarly separates New Games from Top Games; its public top-game list includes Book of Dead, Legacy of Dead, Big Bass Bonanza, Reactoonz and Starburst. That familiar overlap is more concrete than assuming two White Hat brands are identical.

PlayGrand’s current international welcome page excludes residents of Great Britain. Its euro package must not be confused with the UK wording visible in the historical screenshot. A language selection labelled England does not override that written eligibility restriction.

For a former Hopa customer, PlayGrand is useful as a comparison of a compact games-and-promotions layout. Live-table variants and sports markets need separate checks: the games-and-promotions homepage does not list their full range. Its White Label record establishes the operator connection, while the particular games and account conditions need to be considered separately.

Hopa, Aspire and White Hat Gaming

Hopa was among the consumer brands named in Esports Technologies’ acquisition of Aspire Global’s B2C business on 29 November 2021. The company filing also describes a continuing platform and managed-services relationship with Aspire. Brand ownership and the company supplying underlying services were distinct parts of that arrangement.

Hopa later operated through White Hat Gaming, the licensed operator named in its closure notice. The closure notice does not date the earlier move to White Hat. The older AG Communications connection explains why earlier lists included names such as Generation VIP, Neptune Play, Mr Play and HeySpin; it does not make them all current sisters under one operator.

Hopa’s domain is inactive in both its former AG record and its later White Hat record. A licence continuing to cover other brands does not keep an individual closed casino open.

Griffon Casino shares part of Hopa’s brand history. Its own notice also gives 24 August 2026 as the closure date, and its White Hat domain entries are Inactive. Griffon belongs in the history of the network, rather than in a list of open replacements. The same distinction applies to Karamba, another member of the earlier consumer-brand family.

Old accounts, payments and privacy

Hopa’s old cashier estimates and inactivity terms described the casino while it operated. They cannot replace the closure notice’s cash-refund arrangements. If you requested a withdrawal before closure, distinguish its request date and reference from the balance left on the account. Ask support to identify the payment destination and transaction reference rather than relying solely on a general processing estimate.

A sports bet placed before closure may raise a different question from an unused cash balance. Give support the event, selection, stake and bet reference, and ask how that specific bet was settled or refunded. The public closure notice does not set out every possible outstanding market. A similar sportsbook elsewhere cannot establish the treatment of a bet on the old Hopa account.

The notice also separates personal-data responsibilities. Karamba Limited handles future commercial and brand purposes, with privacy@karamba.com given for marketing preferences. White Hat Gaming retains records needed for regulatory obligations. A privacy request and a missing-refund query should make their different purposes clear; the data arrangement is not an announcement that gambling has resumed.

Hopa questions

Is Hopa still open?

No. Hopa’s official notice says it closed on 24 August 2026 and customers can no longer log in or play. Its White Hat domain record is Inactive.

Does Hopa have a replacement UK website?

The closure notice does not announce a replacement gambling site. A similar name or an old operator connection is not evidence of a relaunch.

Who should I contact about a missing Hopa refund?

The notice gives hopa@gamingcustomersupport.com for closed-account queries. Its stated seven-day cash-refund window has passed, so include account and payment details when raising an unresolved balance.

Can I still use a Hopa bonus code?
