PlayFrank Sister Sites: Closure, Casino History and Former Brands

PlayFrank closed on 30 June 2026. Its former AG Communications network has split: Billion Casino and HeySpin now appear under Jumpman Gaming, while Casino Luck, Plaza Royal and Mr Mega no longer represent active casinos on the old AG account. This guide covers PlayFrank’s former games, the differences between those brands and the published help route for old accounts.

PlayFrank’s closure and account support

The official PlayFrank notice states that the website stopped operating on 30 June 2026. It names AG Communications Limited as the former licensed operator. For an account balance or a pending withdrawal, its published contact is asg_supportcenter@aristocrat.com.

The notice does not promise payment within a particular number of days. Include your account reference, the amount in question and any withdrawal confirmation when asking about an outstanding transaction. A bank statement and the relevant email exchange can help distinguish a payment that has not arrived from one recorded under an unfamiliar merchant name.

For an unresolved complaint, the notice identifies eCOGRA’s free dispute-resolution service. It says customers can refer a case if they are unhappy with the operator’s final response or eight weeks have passed since raising the complaint. Keep the complaint date and final response, where one has been issued. The route concerns the old PlayFrank account, not an account with one of the brands below.

Inside the former PlayFrank casino

PlayFrank had a distinctive blue, illustrated design. A cartoon slot machine, playing cards and a roulette wheel filled the landscape around its opening promotion. Its November 2022 homepage used a persistent left-hand menu for Casino, Live Casino, Daily Challenges and Promotions, with registration and login above them.

The catalogue itself had a second set of controls: Lobby, Slots, Classic slots, Table games, Live casino and All. These were arranged in a horizontal strip beside search, leaving the left menu for broader activities. A visitor could therefore browse by game type without returning to the main promotional area. The opening row showed Big Bass Bonanza, Book of Dead, Starburst, Legacy of Dead and Wolf Gold.

That mix helps explain the relationship between PlayFrank’s individual design and its wider network. The character artwork and menu arrangement were recognisably different, while several of the games also appeared in other Aspire-era lobbies. Changing casino did not necessarily produce a completely different collection of slots. Equally, the same game title did not guarantee the same available stakes or promotional conditions.

PlayFrank’s operating-era catalogue included studios such as NetEnt, Play’n GO and Pragmatic Play. It also had live roulette, blackjack and game-show formats alongside ordinary slots. The separate live-casino category mattered: choosing a dealer-led table involves a particular game variant and betting limits, rather than simply picking another reel game from the same row.

Daily challenges and historical promotions

Daily Challenges had its own place in the side menu, apart from Promotions. It was a recurring activity for existing customers rather than just another name for the opening welcome package. Together with the winner ticker beneath the main banner, it gave the site a sense of activity beyond the initial signup offer. The old challenge rules and rewards are not available to claim through the closed casino.

The November image shows a euro-denominated welcome package combining a bonus amount with Starburst spins. That is a dated international promotion, not evidence of a current British offer. Later UK coverage described matched deposits and bonus spins, but an advertised total alone never explained the whole package: qualifying payments, eligible games, wagering and expiry determined what could actually be used.

The useful historical distinction is between a matched bonus, a limited number of spins and a challenge reward. They are different forms of promotion, with different rules. Billion Casino and HeySpin today

Jumpman Gaming’s domain register lists Billion Casino and HeySpin as White Label. They are now comparisons under a different operator from PlayFrank’s former AG Communications service. Billion Casino

Billion Casino uses a money theme, with green lettering, floating banknotes and a top-hatted character. Its July 2026 screenshot places a large welcome panel above Featured Games, with a separate All Games button. This is a simpler opening arrangement than PlayFrank’s permanent sidebar and two levels of category navigation.

The featured row includes familiar slot artwork alongside a dealer image. The public site describes both slots and live casino, so someone who used PlayFrank for both can distinguish those two parts of the product. Specific roulette or blackjack variants still matter more than the size of a generic catalogue claim.

The pictured welcome headline says up to 500 spins on 9 Pots of Gold. It is not a promise that every customer receives 500. Its accompanying conditions specify qualifying funding, 10x bonus wagering and a conversion limit tied to lifetime deposits, capped at £250. Wagering and conversion are separate restrictions: hypothetically, £10 of bonus funds subject to 10x means £100 of qualifying play, but completing that does not remove a separately applicable conversion cap.

The current Billion terms are the place to check eligibility, permitted games and account rules. Those terms belong to Jumpman’s service. They do not continue PlayFrank’s old withdrawal process or make a PlayFrank balance available in a Billion account.

HeySpin

HeySpin has a more restrained identity than PlayFrank’s cartoon landscape. Its February 2024 screenshot uses black, gold and yellow, with a horizontal catalogue immediately below the promotion. Featured Games, New, Slots, Jackpots, Drops & Wins and All Games are the main filters in that older layout.

Book of Dead, Big Bass Bonanza, Gold Blitz Extreme and Fishin’ Frenzy: The Big Catch appear prominently in the historical grid. Casino and Sport are visible in its old header. These details describe the former AG-era product; they should not be used to infer an unchanged sportsbook after the operator move.

HeySpin’s current public site describes a slots catalogue, classic table games and an Evolution live-casino section. Its listed studios include Games Global, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Red Tiger and Big Time Gaming. Mobile access is through the browser. That provides a more specific comparison with PlayFrank’s former casino than its old template alone, without implying that the account or promotions survived unchanged.

The HeySpin terms name Jumpman Gaming as the contracting company and set out its own identity and payment checks. Its promotion headlines need to be read alongside the qualifying conditions, rather than treated as unrestricted cash. What became of the other former brands?

Casino Luck

Casino Luck was recognisable by its clover logo and green highlights. Its February 2024 casino homepage offered Casino, Live Casino and Scratchcards in the header. A game-or-provider search and a category strip sat above two rows of games, with a smaller promotion beside them.

The pictured titles included Book of Dead, Starburst, Big Bass Bonanza and 9 Pots of Gold. This was a denser catalogue presentation than PlayFrank’s tall opening game cards. The screenshot records a real casino lobby, but it is no longer the purpose of the current domain.

Casino Luck now opens as a casino comparison website, including an Irish casino directory. Its old domain entry is Inactive on AG Communications. A comparison page linking to other casinos is different from the former gambling service: the listed third-party casinos are not thereby PlayFrank’s sisters, and the directory is not a replacement cashier for either old brand.

Plaza Royal

Plaza Royal closed before PlayFrank. Its official notice dates the shutdown to 28 May 2026 and names AG Communications as the former operator. It provides the same published support email and identifies eCOGRA for eligible unresolved complaints.

The notice is specific to Plaza Royal, despite the shared support route. Someone with accounts at both casinos should identify the brand and transaction clearly in each enquiry. Plaza Royal stopped trading more than a month before PlayFrank, despite their shared operator.

Plaza Royal’s domain is also Inactive on the AG register. It belongs in the history of PlayFrank’s former network, rather than among currently trading AG alternatives. The blurred game images behind the notice are background to the closure message, not an accessible current lobby or a reliable catalogue of games.

Mr Mega

Mr Mega is another example of a familiar name remaining online after its role changed. Its former AG domain entry is Inactive. The current site presents casino comparisons, and the July 2026 screenshot shows that editorial format rather than a gambling lobby.

The header contains Online Casinos, Sportsbooks, How We Rate and About. Below it are ranked third-party listings and a filter. Those controls organise reviews and recommendations; they are not the game search, casino balance or live-table navigation of Mr Mega’s former slots-and-live-casino service.

The distinction matters when following an old sister-site link. A working address and a familiar logo do not establish that the old account still exists or that its operator has reopened the casino. Mr Mega’s comparison format offers no route to a former casino balance or PlayFrank’s cashier.

PlayFrank’s place in the Aspire network

PlayFrank’s closure notice confirms its former AG Communications operation. Aspire Global was part of the wider business brought under Aristocrat Interactive in 2024. Aristocrat’s June 2024 announcement describes the combination of Anaxi and the NeoGames businesses, including Aspire Global.

That announcement separately describes white-label services covering casino interfaces, underlying systems, customer support and digital wallets. This helps explain why earlier Aspire brands could share elements of a platform while presenting different artwork and navigation. It does not establish common account access across all brands, or identical rules after a brand moves elsewhere.

Older PlayFrank lists also included Fortune Jackpots, Toptally, Lucky Hit, Dealers Casino, Casiplay, Trada Casino and Next Casino. They are useful historical names, not a current roster of places accepting PlayFrank customers. The former network has several different outcomes: a closed site, a brand with another operator and an address now used for casino comparisons.

Following up a balance or complaint

Start with the particular transaction. An unrequested cash balance, a withdrawal already submitted and promotional credit have different records behind them. Keep the amount, date, payment method and reference together. Ask the published support team to confirm the status of that item and provide a written response, rather than relying on an old review’s estimate for e-wallet or card payments.

PlayFrank’s closure notice remains the relevant account-help source. It does not announce an account migration to Billion or HeySpin, and it does not set the seven-day refund timetable used by some other closed casinos.
