How the White Hat casino network works

White Hat Gaming is both a gambling operator and a supplier of account-management technology. For British players, the relevant company is White Hat Gaming Limited. A casino brand is the name above the games; the operator is the company responsible for the gambling service. A third company can own or market that brand. Those roles explain why two differently named casinos can share an operator without being identical businesses.

Its domain schedule on 15 September 2026 lists seven Active, 21 White Label and 11 Inactive addresses. The first two categories identify current recorded relationships. An inactive address belongs in the historical section, even where an older review still describes a working casino.

The distinction is especially clear in the former Karamba family. Its closure notices name Karamba Limited for future commercial and brand-related data purposes, while White Hat Gaming remains the licensed operator retaining the required account records. The brand company and operator have different responsibilities. Matching a familiar logo alone will not identify the right company for an outstanding account enquiry.

White Hat’s company description explains its account-management system, in-house cashier and aggregation of other suppliers’ games. These are services supplied to businesses. The corporate website is not a single consumer casino account through which every brand below can be accessed.

Six White Hat casinos compared

These six brands illustrate the main differences in the network: the compact presentation of 21 Casino, Casimba’s safari setting, Dream Vegas’s city theme, Hello Casino’s category-led lobby, Playzee’s scientist character and Grand Ivy’s club-style design. The screenshots show dated versions of the products. Current public international menus are described separately; regional offers are not interchangeable with British offers.

21 Casino

21 Casino has a dark, gold-trimmed design with a relatively compact top menu. Its March 2026 British screenshot places a Book of Dead promotion above a small selection of familiar games. Book of Dead, Starburst, Big Bass Bonanza, Prison Escape, Legacy of Dead and Eye of Horus Megaways appear together, giving the opening a curated feel rather than presenting hundreds of tiles at once.

The present English-language homepage separates Video Slots, Live Casino and New Games. Its live selection names Crazy Pachinko, Funky Time, Red Door Roulette and Classic Freebet Blackjack 7 Seat. That is a more useful description of its range than calling it a slots-only casino: conventional reel games sit alongside live tables and game-show formats. New Games has its own route, including titles such as Castle Smash and Duck Hunters 2 in September.

The small navigation menu is the main contrast with Casimba’s long list of categories. Someone looking for a familiar title can start with a broad product category instead of choosing between numerous themed collections. A player specifically looking for a particular live format should use the exact game name, because a general Live Casino heading groups different rules and table structures together.

There is also a concrete regional distinction. The public English homepage shows an international offer whose eligibility terms explicitly exclude Great Britain. Its euro amounts and wagering terms are therefore not a British welcome offer. The older pound-denominated screenshot is historical too. The current British domain relationship is established separately: 21casino.com is a White Label entry under White Hat Gaming.

Casimba

Casimba uses a safari setting and gold-coloured controls. The July 2026 British image combines that landscape with football artwork and prominent Casino, Live Casino and Sports links. It gives the brand a broader sporting identity than a simple jungle-themed slots page. The pictured Big Bass Bonanza promotion belongs to July, rather than providing the terms for a new account today.

The current public Casimba lobby has a search field for a game or provider and a much wider category menu than 21 Casino. Cluster Games, Big Bass, Megaways, Octoplay Jackpots and Scratch & Fun sit alongside roulette, blackjack, poker and live casino. Those routes organise games by mechanics, series or format, rather than making the safari artwork the only way to distinguish the site.

Casimba’s own product description explains a favourites function: a heart beside a game adds it to the Favourites selection. It also provides a provider menu and a random-game option. These serve different purposes. Favourites helps someone return to a known title; the provider filter narrows the catalogue by studio; random selection gives up that deliberate choice. The public mobile description names Starburst, Bonanza and Aloha Cluster Pays among its examples.

Spin & Roar, a loyalty programme and VIP information have separate menu entries. They are promotions and account benefits, rather than different gambling products. Casimba and Dream Vegas share several category names, but Casimba’s safari presentation and Spin & Roar identity are its own. Its domain is recorded as White Label under White Hat Gaming; a Casimba promotion should still be assessed through Casimba’s country-specific terms.

Dream Vegas

Dream Vegas uses a blue-and-purple Las Vegas skyline, casino chips and sports imagery. Its July 2026 British homepage places the main offer above a category strip, with Popular, New, Octoplay Jackpots, Cluster Games and Big Bass visible. Compared with 21 Casino’s smaller introductory selection, Dream Vegas gives more space to promotional panels and themed routes through the catalogue.

The current international homepage keeps separate Casino, Live Casino and Sports navigation. Its My Vegas menu groups Bonus Wheel, Loyalty Program and Daily Vegas Perks. That grouping is useful: it distinguishes recurring account promotions from the game categories below. A reward advertised in My Vegas is not itself a game, and eligibility is described in the relevant promotion.

Dream Vegas and Casimba have substantial overlap in their navigation. Both list Cluster Games, Big Bass, Megaways, blackjack, roulette and Scratch & Fun. That makes the difference in presentation more significant than a claim that each offers an entirely unrelated selection. Dream Vegas also separates its casino welcome promotion from its sports welcome promotion, with different headings and terms links.

The public site supplies a Payment Methods page and an Android store link. Hello Casino

Hello Casino has a simpler visual identity than either safari-themed Casimba or Dream Vegas. Its July 2026 British screenshot uses a blue promotional panel over a dark lobby, followed by a row of category icons. The images and categories do most of the work, without a large mascot or landscape around them.

The visible categories include Top, Most Played, New, Slots, Drops & Wins, Live Casino, Jackpots, Must Go Jackpots, Megaways, Table Games and Slingo. Favourites, Provider and Search Games appear in the same strip. That is useful context for a reader who remembers Hello as a basic slots website: the illustrated layout also provides direct routes to other casino formats and ways to retrieve a known game.

The July selection includes Rise of Olympus Origins, Joker’s Jewels Wild, King’s Mask Eclipse of Gods and St Louis 1904. These are examples from the dated image, not a promise that every title remains in every regional catalogue. The current public homepage separately advertises Moon Princess Extreme and a live-casino section. Its product presentation therefore extends beyond the plain welcome banner.

Hello’s regional offer is another reason not to copy a headline across the whole network. The public homepage’s offer terms specify customers in Finland, Norway, New Zealand or Sweden, and describe Book of Dead spins delivered in batches. That offer does not describe eligibility in Great Britain. Hellocasino.com nevertheless remains an Active domain on the British White Hat record: licence status and the eligibility of a particular regional promotion are separate questions.

Playzee

Playzee is the most obviously character-led of these six comparisons. Its scientist, Zeegmund, appears against a turquoise background, and the language of the site carries the same theme into Zee games, Zee spins and Zee points. The March 2026 British screenshot shows the scientist above a white game area with rounded category buttons.

The pictured games include Wolf Blaze Megaways, Fire in the Hole 3 and Lost Island. The navigation separates ordinary slots, Megaways, Must Go Jackpots, Zee games, fun and virtual games, and Live Casino. The current Playzee homepage also links to sports, promotions and the Zee Club. It is a different organisation of broadly familiar casino formats, rather than simply another dark grid with a changed logo.

The Zee Club description makes the loyalty structure more specific. It names Master Zee, Doctor Zee, Professor Zee and an invitation-only Zee Secret Society above the entry level. Its published table distinguishes points needed to move up from monthly activity needed to remain at certain levels. That is an important difference from treating points as a cash balance: status, promotion eligibility and money available for withdrawal are different things.

Those tiers are tied to activity and should not be a reason to increase spending. For a product comparison, their significance is that Playzee puts an ongoing progression system alongside its casino catalogue. Grand Ivy

Grand Ivy uses black, gold and patterned backgrounds, giving it a club-style appearance. Its July 2026 British screenshot includes a sports promotion above a searchable casino lobby. The first visible games are Book of Dead, Big Bass Splash, Starburst, Big Bass Bonanza and Legacy of Dead. The overlap with other White Hat casinos is clear even though the surrounding design is different.

The current Grand Ivy menu separates Casino, Live Casino and Sports, with My Rewards grouping a Bonus Wheel and Loyalty Program. Its game sidebar includes Big Bass, Octoplay Jackpots, Drops & Wins, Scratch & Fun, roulette and blackjack. The provider search is useful when a series contains several editions: Big Bass Splash and Big Bass Bonanza appear together in the historical image but are different games.

Grand Ivy’s more restrained colours are its clearest visual contrast with Playzee. Its category menu has more in common with Casimba and Dream Vegas, including separate sports and casino routes. Someone looking for a sports account should therefore compare the sports product and its betting rules, rather than assuming that a polished casino lobby describes how a football bet will be settled.

The public international promotion combines several deposit stages, while the historical British screenshot shows a separate sports offer. Neither should be condensed into one supposedly universal White Hat bonus. The relevant offer needs a country, product and qualifying deposit attached to it. Grandivy.com is recorded as White Label under White Hat Gaming, which establishes the operator connection without promising transferable promotions or club status.

Other registered domains

Mainstage Bingo is the remaining Active address. Blackjack City, Casiku, Casilando, Miami Dice, Mr Run, Spinland and Temple Nile are additional White Label addresses. Together with the six principal comparisons and the directory entries above, they account for all 28 Active or White Label domains in the 15 September 2026 schedule.

The White Hat Gaming domain list records addresses, not a ranking of casinos. Several addresses can refer to one brand, and a recorded relationship does not say which regional offer a visitor will see. Use the exact domain when checking an account or an old link.

Closed and historical White Hat brands

Hopa, BetTarget, Karamba and Griffon Casino each publish a closure date of 24 August 2026. Their notices say that login and play ended, cash balances were to be refunded to registered payment methods within seven days, and bonus funds, spins and loyalty points were cancelled. The notices do not describe an account transfer to another casino.

That published refund timetable has now passed. An outstanding balance needs an account enquiry, rather than a fresh deposit at another brand. The notices provide separate contact addresses: Hopa support, BetTarget support, Karamba support and Griffon Casino support. Include the brand, account email and transaction details relevant to the query.

Hopa and Reel Island also have inactive White Hat domain entries. Hopa’s own notice supplies its closure date; an inactive Reel Island entry alone does not supply an exact closure date. CasiGo is another inactive address. Separately, a former association with 666 Casino is not evidence that it remains on this licence; its current operator belongs to a different company record.

Who handles an old account?

The Hopa closure notice offers a concrete example of the split between brand and operator. It says Karamba Limited becomes the sole controller for future commercial and brand purposes, while White Hat Gaming retains account records to meet statutory obligations. It directs questions about outstanding funds or data to the White Hat support address specified for Hopa.

A marketing preference and a missing withdrawal therefore need different information. For a cash query, identify the account and payment in question. For future marketing preferences, the notice identifies Karamba’s privacy contact. The distinction helps explain why the continued existence of a brand company does not mean its closed casino is still accepting play.

Platform development and company history

The British licence summary dates the currently listed permissions from 29 October 2018. That is a regulatory date, not the launch date of every casino in this article. Individual brands have their own histories, and some have changed platforms or operators during their lifetime.

On 28 December 2020, the Gambling Commission announced a £1.3 million White Hat Gaming regulatory settlement. Its investigation identified anti-money-laundering and social-responsibility failures at Grand Ivy, 21 Casino, Hello Casino and Dream Vegas. The announced improvements included stronger spending controls, customer interaction and source-of-funds checks. This is a dated enforcement finding, alongside a licence that remains active in the current register.

White Hat’s corporate account dates the creation of White Hat Studios to 2021, through the acquisition of a remote gaming server, brand and game catalogue from Blueprint Gaming. The studio supplies game content; it is a different role from operating the customer account. A White Hat Studios game appearing at another casino does not put that casino on White Hat Gaming Limited’s British licence.

In August 2023, White Hat announced a six-state platform migration for WynnBET. That announcement concerns a US operator and a multi-state app. It is historical evidence of the platform’s deployment, rather than a British sister-site list or a statement about WynnBET’s present availability in those states.

What the Travelling Wallet actually describes

White Hat’s Travelling Wallet explanation describes an account moving between regulated states, with balances, controls and transaction records handled in the relevant state. The practical subject is continuity within an operator’s service. It does not describe a British customer transferring a Casimba balance into Hello Casino simply because both use White Hat technology.

The same platform page describes a configurable cashier, including payment options and minimum and maximum settings. That explains why a common supplier need not produce identical cashiers. The published capabilities describe what an operator can configure, not a promise that every casino supports the same withdrawal method.

Accounts, promotions and payment differences

A shared operator is not a universal welcome offer

The clearest example is regional eligibility. The public English-language 21 Casino offer excludes Great Britain, while the Hello Casino offer examined in September names four other countries. Converting their euro headlines into pounds would not make them British offers. Country, account eligibility and promotion dates all belong to the actual offer.

Even where two offers have the same percentage, their costs can differ. In an illustrative example, a £20 deposit matched with £20 of bonus funds gives a £40 combined balance. A requirement of ten times the bonus would mean £200 of qualifying wagers; ten times the combined deposit and bonus would mean £400. The multiplier alone does not identify the amount. This is an arithmetic example, not an offer at one of these casinos.

Other details can change the comparison: which games contribute, whether cash play counts, the maximum permitted stake, when spins arrive and when rewards expire. Hello’s published regional terms, for example, distribute its spins across three days and distinguish cash from bonus contributions. Playzee’s points describe a separate loyalty system. Neither should be treated as an immediately withdrawable cash gift.

Payments and account support

Use the payment information for the casino holding the account. The relevant questions are whether a method supports withdrawals as well as deposits, what verification remains outstanding, and whether the quoted time starts at the request or after approval. The payment record and support correspondence are more useful than a network-wide claim of “instant withdrawals”.

A familiar login design also does not prove that a second registration is permitted. 21 Casino’s public account terms restrict duplicate accounts on its website and distinguish existing customers from new-account promotions. If an old address redirects, compare the destination’s operator and market with the original account. A casino migration, a closed brand and an unrelated replacement website are different outcomes.
