Pocket Win Sister Sites 2024

Jammy Monkey

Jammy Monkey sister sites

Jammy Monkey is one of a couple of Pocketwin sister sites that once belonged to In Touch Games Limited – a status that also applies to Pocketwin itself. It was, in fact, the most recent addition to the In Touch Games roster at the time of the company’s death in 2023, having gone live in 2021. Despite still being a relatively new site, Jammy Monkey is a little uninteresting to look at. We can see what it’s going for with its minimalistic and cool futuristic monkey logo, which isn’t a million miles away from the old Napster logo, but too much minimalism can make a casino site feel plain. That’s what’s happened with Jammy Monkey. However, despite being the dullest of the Pocketwin sister sites to look at, it’s still worthy of note because of its popular weekend free spins offers and its selection of exclusive slots and games.

mFortune

mFortune sister sites

There was a time when mFortune was considered one of the top “small casinos” in the UK. It only had a handful of games and it was never in danger of being advertised on television, but the little site had built itself a hard-won reputation for quality. As is the case with Jammy Monkey, though, this was all back when mFortune was one of the Pocketwin sister sites on the In Touch Games network. It was, in fact, the first site that In Touch launched back in 2007, and became the award-winning flagship of its casino network. Those days are long gone. Like all the other In Touch brands, mFortune shut down when its operator went to the wall in 2023. The brand was revived by Viral Interactive Limited not long after closing down, so the current version of mFortune should be looked upon as “version two” of the site. Will it ever be able to reclaim its former heights? Watch this space.

Luck.com

Luck.com logo

Luck.com isn’t like the other two Pocketwin sister sites we’ve looked at so far. Both of those casinos were “inherited” (some would say looted) from In Touch Games Limited. Luck.com is a brand that was developed in-house by Viral Interactive Limited and has always belonged to the operator. Given how generic its name is, it’s a little surprising that nobody had ever come up with the idea of opening a casino called Luck.com before. Viral Interactive has managed to cash in on everyone else’s oversight, and Luck.com has (perhaps unsurprisingly) become a popular online casino destination. Expect to find more slots and iGaming depth at Luck.com than you’ll find at the other Pocketwin sister sites we’ve mentioned up until now. Also expect to find a fairly generous no-deposit sign-up bonus, and an easy-on-the-eye orange and white colour scheme that brings the casino to life.

Mad Slots

Mad Slots logo

Mad Slots is the casino brand that Viral Interactive Limited has built its identity around. It’s also the oldest of the Pocketwin sister sites, although that’s not saying much – none of the current roster have been around for more than a few years. There used to be older casinos on the platform – Platin Casino is the best example – but Viral Interactive Limited decided to drastically change direction in 2023, and Platin Casino was the first casualty of that move. Mad Slots automatically became the flagship of the casino network as soon as Platin had gone, and we noticed an upsurge in the popularity of Mad Slots shortly afterwards. It’s a heavily slots-focused casino – the name would make no sense if it wasn’t – but don’t let that fool you into thinking that Mad Slots isn’t also an excellent all-around iGaming site. You’ll find more to do here than at any of the other casinos on this platform.

Pocket Win Review 2024

Welcome Offers at PocketWin

Pocketwin was never known for the extraordinary generosity of its sign-up offer back when it was an In Touch Games Limited casino, and that hasn’t changed now that the brand belongs to Viral Interactive Limited. However, having something is usually better than having nothing, and that proves to be the case again here. Players can claim a £10 no-deposit welcome promotion immediately upon registering and verifying their account with Pocketwin. This bonus comes with an x40 wagering requirement.

Presuming that you enjoy your free spins and you go on to make a real deposit, you can get up to two hundred bonus spins by depositing £10 or more. The deposit qualifies players for a spin of the Pocketwin Wheel of Fortune, upon which two hundred spins is the top prize. Smaller prizes are available, though, and the chances are that you’ll end up with one of those instead. Again, anything won via bonus spins has to be wagered x30 before it can be withdrawn.

Pocketwin sister sites homepage

PocketWin is owned by Viral Interactive Limited

Until 2023, Viral Interactive was best known for being the company behind Platin Casino. Everything changed for the operator that year, and the Malta-based firm is now recognised as the saviour that pulled several much-loved former In Touch Games Limited brands out of the fire after the closure of the UK-based company toward the end of that year. Pocketwin, Jammy Monkey and mFortune are all casino brands that were saved in this manner. However, Viral Interactive Limited hasn’t updated its company website since concluding those deals. If viral-interactive.com is to be believed, Luck.com and Mad Slots are the only brands that the company operates. Clearly, that isn’t accurate.

On its business website, which consists of nothing more than a single page, Viral Interactive describes itself as “UK licensed” and “regulated by British authorities,” completely ignoring the fact that it’s Malta-based and also has a license from the Malta Gaming Authority. Clearly, the UK market is the company’s main focus. It’s been around since 2014 and has arguably never been a bigger deal than it is right now, but it’s still fairly low-profile. This is a casino network company that would much rather sit in the back seat and let its casino brands do the talking than take any of the spotlight for itself.

PocketWin Ongoing Promotions

As you saw from the sign-up offer, big promotions aren’t really part and parcel of what Pocketwin does. The casino does have promotions – it just keeps them small. Bingo Day is the perfect example of that. Every Wednesday (or “Hump Day,” as the casino calls it) is Bingo Day at Pocketwin, and sees the casino introduce a new bingo offer. The offer usually amounts to little more than a few free tickets, but it’s slightly different every week.

Loyal players at Pocketwin receive weekly bonuses based on what they’ve deposited, what they’ve played and how they’ve fared while playing. It could be a deposit bonus, a set of free spins or even a simple cash credit bonus. While the casino doesn’t explain exactly how these bonuses are allocated, it suggests that signing up to the casino’s SMS and email notifications will help. Further rewards available include an allocation of up to 95 free spins on selected slots every weekend, and specific bonuses attached to the new “Game of the Month” each month. Given that these bonuses change regularly, double check the terms to ensure you’re happy to proceed each time. You’ll almost always find that the wagering requirements are set at x40, though.

PocketWin – Pros and Cons

Pros:

• No deposit welcome offer.

• Every slot game is connected to a progressive jackpot.

Cons:

• Higher-than-average wagering restrictions on bonus cash.

• Downloads are required for some roulette and blackjack games, which is old-fashioned.

Featured Slots and Casino Games

The online slot game library is split into two segments: a selection of progressive jackpot online slot games and an even bigger array of Mega Jackpot Games. In the first category, the top games include Cheese Chase, Lucky Forest Casino, Pocket Fruits and Master of Fortunes. There are hundreds more games in the Mega Jackpot Games category, all of which were brought to the platform by In Touch Gaming themselves. From online slots that transport you to the Emerald Isle to slots that help you celebrate the day of the dead to cosmic slot games, every possible category has been covered, and then some. In Touch Gaming certainly weren’t afraid to add their edgier games to the library, the best of them include the Halloween inspired title, Deadly 7s, Murderous Money, and Sherlock Dying to Kill You.

The bingo schedule may not be as exciting as that which you might find on bingo-focused platforms, but there are enough jackpot rooms to scratch the online bingo itch for players. If there is any room for improvement in the game library, it lies in the fact that there are only two video casino games: Blackjack and Roulette.

Deposit and Withdrawal Methods

Getting money out of Pocketwin shouldn’t be difficult. You can use Trustly if you want, or you can use PayPal or a Visa or Mastercard debit card. It’s a shame that Maestro isn’t covered, and a few more e-wallet options wouldn’t hurt, but there should be enough range there to cover most preferences. Fonix can be used to make deposits but isn’t supported for withdrawals. Speaking of withdrawals, players should be left waiting no more than 24 hours no matter which of the available methods they select, and there are never any fees involved in making those withdrawals. The maximum limit per transaction is £7500 for both deposits and withdrawals, with the exception of Fonix, which is capped at £40 per day and £240 per month.

PocketWin Customer Support and License

Customer support at Pocketwin is available via either live chat or contact form, but if you’re after live chat, you’ll only find someone there to speak to between 6am and 10pm. That should be good enough to cater to most players, but night owls will find that they can’t get live help. That could be a frustration for some. The UK Gambling Commission licence that covers Pocketwin is held by Viral Interactive Limited under account number 42739. It’s a clean licence at the time of writing – the operator has no track record of disciplinary action from the regulator.

PocketWin – The Verdict

Pocketwin always had plenty of fans and regular players when it was an In Touch Games Limited casino, so we’re sure those players will have been delighted when Viral Interactive rescued the brand. For the main part, the new owner has stayed true to what made Pocketwin a hit in the first place, operating with a limited portfolio of mostly exclusive slots and casino games. There’s more range than there used to be, though, and faster withdrawals than were ever possible in the past. The new Pocketwin is better than the old Pocketwin, and the old Pocketwin was already considered pretty good. Don’t come with the wrong expectations, though – if you’re looking for thousands of slots and big-money bonuses, this isn’t the casino for you.

Pocket Win Player Reviews

Here are some recent player reviews of Pocketwin we’ve collected from around the web.

Sam – 2 Feb 2024 – Trustpilot

Absolutely appalling. The deposit method accepted funds despite gambling restrictions on my card. The games seem rigged, never paying out significantly, as evidenced by multiple bonuses with low payouts. I’ve documented everything and plan to report them to regulatory bodies. Avoid this site at all costs.

Clare – 12 Sept 2023 – Trustpilot

This company is on the brink of losing its license, a clear indicator to stay away. They fail to pay out, confirming their lack of reliability and trustworthiness.

Tracy – 22 Aug 2023 – Trustpilot

Dealing with this site has been a nightmare. Despite winning over £400, I faced an exhaustive process of over sixty emails and repeated requests for personal information. It took three weeks and relentless effort to finally receive my payout. I strongly advise against using this site.

Paige – 21 Aug 2023 – Trustpilot

This site’s requirement for excessive identification to withdraw a mere £10 is ludicrous. I suspect they’re exploiting these measures for nefarious purposes. I’m considering reporting them to the gambling authorities. Everyone should do the same to shut down these exploitative practices.

Sue – 14 Aug 2023 – Trustpilot

After winning £805, they’ve refused to pay out, citing payment method issues and demanding proof of bill payment. Despite providing this, they still won’t release my winnings. This site’s behaviour is fraudulent, and they block accounts at the first sign of a win. Avoid them at all costs.

Daniel – 14 Aug 2023 – Trustpilot

I deposited £7 and withdrew £420, though it took three days to process. My experience is mixed; after winning, I haven’t felt compelled to return. The casino is hit or miss, so proceed with caution.

Abot – 25 Jul 2023 – Trustpilot

Absolute frustration. After a recent win, they withheld my withdrawal and bombarded me with repetitive emails. After sending the requested documents again, they banned my account instead of resolving the issue. Their actions are nonsensical and infuriating.

Sylwia – 20 Jul 2023 – Trustpilot

Winning some money turned into an ordeal when I couldn’t make a deposit to withdraw it. No assistance was provided to resolve this, making it impossible to enjoy any part of their service. Avoid this casino.

Kyle – 5 Jul 2023 – Trustpilot

The service is atrocious, with customer support offering no real help. After enduring endless delays, I’ve escalated the matter to the ombudsman and am considering legal action. Their failure to honor their commitments is unacceptable.

Emily – 2 Jul 2023 – Trustpilot

Up until recently, I had no issues with withdrawals. However, a sudden change has prevented me from accessing my funds or adding a payment method. Despite contacting support, there’s been no resolution. It’s disappointing to see a good casino let down by poor service and technical issues.

Even More About PocketWin

PocketWin Adverts

When the PocketWin sister sites were owned and operated by In Touch Gaming, the online casino brand operator always used to announce and introduce its in-house developed online slot games on its official YouTube channel. These videos were created in place of the usual TV adverts that you will see if you turn on your TV – mostly because they’re infinitely cheaper to produce and transmit! It has to be said that none of the videos gained much traction on YouTube; the most popular video only garnered 187 views. Nevertheless, the YouTube channel was a great way for players to get a taste of the In Touch online slots, which were 100% exclusive to the PocketWin sister sites. In addition to YouTube videos showing players and potential players the action in games such as Steve the Sheep, Saving Jane and Knights of the Round Table, the YouTube channel also documented the first-ever VIP event hosted by the casino, which just so happened to be at a Beyonce concert!

YouTube is also full of other informative videos from other creators, including videos which give tips on how to play when you have an active bonus, informational guides on how to deposit via the Pay By Phone method, and video reviews of the platform from the likes of Correct Casinos. However, most of these videos are from before the big takeover from the Malta-based company, Viral Interactive Limited, which you will need to keep in mind if you want to get an accurate view of what kind of experience PocketWin can offer you.

PocketWin banner

PocketWin Sponsorships and Partnerships

The PocketWin sister sites have never been big enough to warrant sponsorship deals, brand ambassadors or partnerships with external organisations. In the days when In Touch Games ruled the sites, the casino brand operator didn’t even outsource their iGaming content, proving how truly independent of an entity the network of casino platforms was. After the casino re-established itself under the ownership of Viral Interactive Limited, swathes of games flooded into the game library as a courtesy of some of the biggest content providers in the business, including Pragmatic Play and Play’n Go. PocketWin casino is also affiliated with several of the biggest gambling charities and organisations to help their players stay safe while enjoying the expansive selection of slots and bingo rooms. Currently, the casino is a proud affiliate of GamStop, the National Gambling Helpline, and Be Gamble Aware.

PocketWin Affiliate Program

It would appear that the affiliate program for the PocketWin sister sites is still available through In Touch Partners. The affiliate site is still live, and there doesn’t seem to be another affiliate program that has filled its boots since In Touch Games relinquished its licence in 2023. There are several compelling reasons to become an affiliate with In Touch Partners, including the ability to unlock a 45% lifetime revenue share, the assurance of no negative carryover, and plenty of assistance from In Touch Partners, including being equipped with state-of-the-art visuals and marketing assets. You can either choose to spread brand awareness around PocketWin alone, or market all seven of the brands in the casino network, including Mr Spin, Bonus Boss and mFortune. The only caveat with the affiliate program is that when you are only just starting out as an affiliate, it will take you a fair amount of time to reach the 45% commission level. When you have referred 1 – 10 people to the casino via your affiliate link, you will only receive 25% commission; the rates move up in increments until you have referred over 101 new members, which is when you will unlock the 45% commission rate.

PocketWin on Social Media

You only have to look at the PocketWin Facebook page to see how much of a popular platform it is among UK players. At the time of writing, the official Facebook page boasted 47,000 followers, however, they were all met by a radio silence from the casino after In Touch games disappeared from the iGaming industry, aside from one post which was posted in March 2024 and assured followers that PocketWin encourages the use of safer gambling tools. In 2023 and 2022, the casino frequently took the opportunity to put its own promotions in the spotlight and spread awareness of other new sites in the sister site network, such as Mad Slots and Luck Casino. It is also impossible to ignore the angry reactions and comments which are often attached to the casino’s posts. Some Facebook users decided to complain about the lack of communication from the casino after they had raised complaints, whereas others were keen to brandish the casino as a rip-off merchant.

PocketWin in the Press

In September 2023, news started to spread about the UK Gambling Commission stripping In Touch Gaming of their three operating licences, following an inquiry into the company’s practices which found that the casino brand operator was unfit to carry out licenced activities. Members of the PocketWin sister sites didn’t have much time to get used to the news of the shutdown of the entire sister site network, as the suspension was effective immediately. The areas flagged by the UK Gambling Commission included conditions around anti-money laundering prevention, the brand operator’s hesitancy in reporting key events and unfair terms and conditions. Members of the PocketWin sister sites could still access their accounts to withdraw all of their funds, and they were still able to contact the casinos directly through the websites for a limited time.

The licence suspension didn’t come as too much of a shock to the iGaming industry, especially after a number of iGaming news outlets reported on how In Touch Games had received a £6.1 million fine in January 2023 for failures in the brand operator’s operations in the previous year. One of the reasons for the heavy fine was In Touch Games taking one of their customers’ word that they earned £6k a month, and not attempting to verify their claim – even though the same player had been gambling at unsociable hours and exhibiting signs of gambling addiction.
