Cashmo Sister Sites

Cashmo sister sites were mFortune, PocketWin, Mr Spin, Dr Slot, Bonus Boss, Casino 2020, Jammy Monkey and Slot Factory. In Touch Games Limited operated the whole group on UK Gambling Commission account 2091. The operator surrendered its licence on 5 September 2023, and every brand in this original network is now closed to British players.

How the Cashmo Network Closed
The UK Gambling Commission suspended In Touch Games’ remote bingo, casino and software licences on 1 September 2023 over suspected failings involving money laundering controls, fair and transparent terms and key-event reporting. The operator surrendered account 2091 on 5 September 2023. The Commission then required an orderly closure, including access for customers to withdraw funds. The register now records the relevant licences as surrendered through 4 September 2023.
The brand descriptions below cover the period when these casinos were open. They explain how the sister sites differed; their bonuses, games, banking routes and support channels are no longer available.
Mr Spin (Closed)

Kicking off this look back at the Cashmo network with the casino many players felt offered the most variety across the whole stable: the counter-intuitively named Mr Spin. Casinos with the word “spin” in the title tend to focus on online slots at the expense of all other forms of iGaming, but Mr Spin isn’t like most casinos. It still has more slots than it does any other type of casino game, but it also offers roulette and bingo games and links to them from its homepage. That might not sound like a big deal – especially when we’re talking about a casino site that offers fewer than seventy-five games in total, but compared to the rest of the wider In Touch Games stable, it’s a dramatic deviation from the norm.
We’ll discuss the relative strengths and weaknesses of this network as we move along, but if variety is the biggest strength of Mr Spin, value for money is its biggest weakness. Each of the casinos in this closed network offered a limited “try before you buy” bonus promotion, giving players a few pounds to try out the games before deciding whether to stick around. With some of the casinos in the family, the offer is as high as £10. With Mr Spin, it’s a miserly three pounds. It’s unlikely that you’ll be able to play more than one slots game with that pitiful fund before it expires, and given that every other Cashmo sister site makes a better offer, it’s hard to understand why the bar has been set so low. We could say similar things about the full welcome offer, which is a first deposit match of 100% up to £100. That might sound reasonable until you hear that the wagering requirement attached to said offer is set at x40, and again there are more generous welcome promotions elsewhere on the range. Ultimately, Mr Spin is a better pick for those who prefer variety than it is for those who prefer the feeling of getting a little something extra when you’re playing at online casinos.

Dr Slot (Closed)
Dr Slot is an online casino that doesn’t have much in the way of a theme, which gives us an opportunity to talk about the wider network in general. Each of them, including Dr Slot, features only a tiny range of casino games. None of these sites ever carried more than 75 games in total, and some had as few as 30. That wasn’t because the industry’s top providers had refused to work with the operator; it was the reverse. The operator had no need to work with the world’s top providers because it made its casino games in-house. It did so through a production studio called Slot Factory, wholly owned by the same operator. All of the games you play at Dr Slot – or any of the other Cashmo sister sites – come from Slot Factory.
Dr Slot was once the ugly duckling of its casino network, but thanks to an extensive makeover in 2021, that’s no longer the case. It’s still lacking in character save for the appearance of a watermelon in its logo, but don’t let that distract you from the fact that Dr Slot is an award-winning casino website. When this casino was first launched in 2018, it had only eight casino games on its roster. Most analysts would tell you that’s far too few to make a dent in the highly competitive iGaming market in the modern age, but Dr Slot’s limited range of exclusive games went down so well with players that the casino was named Best New Slots Site at the 2019 Which Bingo Awards. The added benefit of winning that prize was that players who’d never previously heard of Dr Slot became aware of it, and so the casino became a far bigger deal almost overnight. On top of everything we’ve already said, Dr Slot had the most generous of the welcome offers across the whole network. It’s a series of matched deposits that could be worth up to £1000, but players should remember at all times that the funds are tied to an x40 wagering requirement.

mFortune (Closed)
Talking about mFortune means we can talk about how this whole network began, because it was the very first casino site launched by In Touch Games Limited. That happened back in 2007 when the gaming public was starting to come round to the idea that playing casino games on a mobile phone could be fun. It was the emergence of that trend that led to the formation of In Touch Games (“In Touch” being a reference to touchscreen devices) and the launch of mFortune (which is a truncation of “mobile fortune”) as the first demonstration of the company’s vision. Back then, In Touch Games openly admitted that it saw mFortune as a casino site that would “disrupt” the entire iGaming market. Now it’s been online for fifteen years, it’s more of an industry veteran, which is a classic case of poacher-turned-gamekeeper.
Despite the success of almost all the casino sites that have followed in the footsteps of mFortune, this site remains the flagship of the In Touch Games range and the unquestioned king of the mountain when it comes to Cashmo sister sites. That’s reflected in the casino’s proposition, which includes bingo and casino games as well as slots and is on a par with what’s available at Mr Spin. What makes mFortune a better bet than Mr Spin is the presence of better promotions. The “try before you buy” no deposit bonus at mFortune is worth £10, and the full welcome offer is a 200% match on first deposits up to £100. If you’re happy at mFortune and you decide to make it your new favourite casino site, there’s a “loyalty shop” where you can cash in the points you accrue for bigger prizes. Options available range from gadgets to indoor karting experience days and lawn mowers, so nobody can accuse mFortune of not trying to tick all the boxes when it comes to rewarding players!

Casino 2020 (Closed)
The fact that only seven sites were created across this whole network since 2007 tells you it was a careful, considered operation rather than one chasing rapid expansion. It didn’t rush into releasing casino websites, any more than it rushed producing casino games through Slot Factory, where the average output was one new game each month. There’s an exception to every rule, though, and Casino 2020 was the exception to everything just said about this operator. This is a casino that was launched at speed with an element of risk attached – but it’s a risk that paid off.
The idea behind Casino 2020 is a perfect illustration of how sometimes the simplest ideas are the best ones. The casino was launched at the tail end of 2019 to take advantage of all the Google search traffic driven by people searching for variations of “best casino for 2020” or “new casino 2020” in the hope that they’d find somewhere new and fantastic to play the following year. A huge chunk of that traffic went straight to Casino 2020, and the casino’s been on the up and up ever since, despite it not being one of the best casinos in the range on paper. Casino 2020 has a smaller range of games than most of its network stablemates and offers only a fiver as its free, no-strings starter bonus. The £300 matched deposit welcome promotion is competitive, but that isn’t top-of-the-range either. The other downside of the site having been launched for a single specific purpose is that it lacks much in the way of a theme other than a year that’s now (thankfully) long gone, so it’s not the most exciting of casino sites to look at. Still, none of that bothers the thousands of players who visit Casino 2020 every day.

PocketWin (Closed)

Pocket Win holds a unique position in this network’s story because it was only the second one ever to go live. The operator waited for quite a long time before giving mFortune a companion. The first casino in this network went live in 2007, and Pocket Win didn’t come along until three years later in 2010. Several modifications and alterations were carried out on mFortune in the years between, so it decided to hone its craft before looking to expand the range further. They were right to do that – if Pocket Win hadn’t been a success, there might not be any more Cashmo sister sites today. Cashmo itself would never have seen the light of day.
Without wanting to be disparaging to Pocket Win, which is a competently-built casino, this is a fairly unremarkable site. 2010 was still early days for players playing casino games on their mobile phones, so Pocket Win was created (and named) to take advantage of the novelty of the concept. That novelty wore off a long time ago, and Pocket Win has never found a new purpose. It’s a perfectly sound mobile casino, but it’s not a remarkable one. If there’s anything worth playing at Pocket Win for, perhaps it’s the casino’s site-wide mega jackpot, which often approaches massive sums like £200,000 before it eventually pays out. Of course, there’s also the fact that all the slots on Pocket Win are exclusive to the site – but that’s true across this whole network. Pocket Win gave players £10 in free bonus funds if they wanted to dabble with a few slots before committing real cash, and a 200% matched deposit up to £100 if those players choose to stick with the casino.

Bonus Boss (Closed)

Bonus Boss is an example of what this operator is capable of when it’s at its creative zenith. A couple of the casinos in this family – Cashmo included – let themselves down a little bit when it comes to setting a tone and making a casino site feel like an exciting place to come and spend time. That isn’t something that Bonus Boss has ever had to worry about. When you land on the Bonus Boss homepage, you land on a graphical delight of a casino site where everything you see is owned by “The Boss.” In the unlikely event that the theme is too subtle for you to pick up on, the idea is that everything at Bonus Boss belongs to the mafia. Don’t let that concern you, though – these gangsters have no intention of making any of their players sleep with the fishes.
Promotions at Bonus Boss are something of a mixed bag. It boasts one of the better “full” welcome offers among the Cashmo sister sites family, with a deposit boost of up to 300% available. The boost is split between the first three deposits a new player makes with the casino and is subject to the familiar x40 wagering requirement that exists everywhere with this casino family. On the other hand, the free starter credit for new sign-ups was only five pounds. Maybe that’s a reminder that the mafia can be generous, but they’re never going to give you much for free. While gaining entry to the real-world mafia is difficult (not to mention illegal), you can refer up to six friends per month to join the crew at Bonus Boss and be financially rewarded for doing so each time.

Jammy Monkey (Closed)

If Bonus Boss is a perfect example of the operator at its creative best, Jammy Monkey is the casino that shows it at its worst. It’s the newest member of this whole family of sites and was launched in 2021, but if you were to assess it based on appearances alone, you’d assume it was created long before Bonus Boss. It’s a dull website with a purple-and-gold theme but no graphical flair or creative theme. It shouldn’t be difficult to develop a theme when you’ve given a casino website a winking monkey for a mascot, but the logo is the only place that the character appears, and we have no idea why. Without it, Jammy Monkey feels as generic as Bonus Boss and has fewer games to offer.
We know better than to judge an online casino site by appearances alone, and there are reasons to play here if you’re happy to go looking for them. For one, the £10 no deposit bonus is equal to the best in the Cashmo sister sites range. Other positive points for Jammy Monkey include its deposit boost of up to £300 (subject to the same terms and conditions as the other bonus boosts across the network) and a long-standing offer of no deposit free spins on every new casino game that’s added to the library. There’s enough potential in the promotions section of Jammy Monkey and the games featured on the casino site for this to become one of the highlights of the Cashmo sister sites family – it just needs a rethink in terms of the way the site is presented.

Cashmo Review: What the Closed Casino Offered

Former Cashmo Welcome Offer
Before closure, Cashmo used a £5 no-deposit bonus with 10x wagering and a £50 maximum win, followed by a first-deposit match of up to £500. Those terms are preserved here as part of the brand record, not as an available promotion. No legitimate current UK offer should be assumed to belong to the original Cashmo operator.
Cashmo Was Owned by In Touch Games Limited
All casino brand operators claim to be the most innovative in the game, but few had more stake in that proclamation than In Touch Games Limited (UKGC account 2091), which revolutionised mobile casino gaming from 2007 onwards, when it launched its first mobile-friendly casino, mFortune. The operator was revered for far more than just its mobile-optimised casinos; it was also lauded by Which Bingo in 2021 for its customer service on Jammy Monkey, alongside an EGR award for being one of the best mobile casino operators that same year.
Before 2007, In Touch Games Limited was best known for making jukeboxes and slot machine terminals. It went on to become known for casinos like Casino 2020, Mr Spin, Dr Slot and Pocket Win, all running games built by its in-house development team. That run ended in September 2023, when the UK Gambling Commission suspended the operator’s licence over anti-money laundering and reporting failings; the licence was later surrendered and Cashmo, along with its entire sister network, stopped accepting UK players by March 2024.
Former Cashmo Promotions
The best way to get bonus funds in your Cashmo account is by getting your friends, family, colleagues, or anyone that will listen to you rave about the casino onto the platform. Refer up to 6 new customers to the site each month to receive £5 for every referral, plus 50% of their first deposit after they have played it through. To qualify for the bonus cash, your referral will need to deposit a minimum of £10, and the max bonus available is £100. 10x wagering requirements apply, and there is a maximum withdrawal of £50 from the bonus funds.
Cashmo helps players to celebrate all new releases on the platform by running the game of the month bonus promotion. Better yet, the bonuses require no deposit, so you can take the new games for a test drive without having to spend a penny on them!
Cashmo – Pros and Cons
Pros:
• Up to £500 in bonus credit available through the welcome package.
• Lucrative refer a friend scheme.
Cons:
• Lack of promotions for regular players.
• No live or video table games.
Featured Slots and Casino Games
At the time it closed, there were 54 online slot games to spin at Cashmo, all of which were provided by the resident slot developers at In Touch Games Limited. The featured games list easily accommodates every kind of player. For players that want a chilling and dark title to spin, Red Wolf Wins hits the spot. For players that are looking for a touch of tongue-in-cheek fantasy, the cartoon title The Minotaur will be a good match. For players that are looking for more traditional content, Prize Pop Perfect 10 is the traditionalist’s dream. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway, the bonus-packed titles Waterfall Wins, Mega Monkeys and Tomb of the Wins will be just the ticket.
There may not be any roulette, blackjack, poker, bingo, or instant win scratch ticket games available on the platform, but the fact that every title is connected to a progressive jackpot prize network is a nice bonus to the site. As are the slightly comical versions of popular franchises. Take Deep Blue Wins, Britain’s Got Winners, Mystery Box, and Jurassic Wins as the perfect example.
Deposit and Withdrawal Methods
Cashmo doesn’t have as many banking partners as some of the bigger UK online casinos, but Visa, Apple Pay and PayPal do help to facilitate fast and smooth deposits and withdrawals. To make banking even easier for mobile players, there is also the option to deposit as little as £3 from your phone bill! For all other deposit options, the minimum transaction amount is £5. However, it is worth bearing in mind that you will need to deposit £10 or more to be eligible for the welcome bonus. With e-wallet withdrawals, most transactions are complete within 24 hours, and there are no transaction fees unless you attempt to withdraw less than £10.
Cashmo Customer Support and License
The customer support team at Cashmo is available via email and live chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And while you can’t pick up the phone and talk to a member of the customer service team directly, you can text ‘HELP’ to 84988 and wait for a call back from a member of the team. The casino also put a fair amount of effort into its FAQ pages to ensure most general queries are answered.
Cashmo was, until its closure, licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission as part of the In Touch Games Limited network under account number 2091 (linked at the top of this page). That licence is now inactive and Cashmo no longer accepts UK players or deposits.
Cashmo – The Verdict
Cashmo never came with any major flaws or red flags while it operated; it was mostly just guilty of being a slightly underwhelming online casino. If variety is the spice of life, Cashmo was positively bland, lacking table games, roulette, bingo and slots from other developers. Not that its in-house titles were sub-par, it just had an air of predictability to the content. Its dedication to customer service and mobile-friendliness was worth noting, though none of that matters for UK players today: Cashmo and the rest of that whole network closed for good in March 2024 after the licence surrender.
