Casdep Sister Sites 2026

Casdep logo

Casdep is a Winzon Group Ltd casino whose clearest sister sites are Wintika and VIP Stakes, both now closed. Casdep’s former Malta authorisation MGA/B2C/717/2019 was cancelled with effect from 11 March 2026, while the site has never held a UK Gambling Commission licence. Its website may still load, but that does not make it an authorised casino.

Best Casdep Sister Sites

Review updated – 30 July 2026

Casdep Quick Verdict

Status. The website still loads and still takes registrations, but the Malta Gaming Authority cancelled the licence it trades under with effect from 11th March 2026. Casdep is the last casino domain in the Winzon Group estate that we could get a page out of on 27th July 2026.

Operator. Winzon Group Ltd, company number C89900, MK Business Centre 115A, Floor 2, Valley Road, Birkirkara BKR 9022, Malta. That address and the cancelled licence number are both still printed in the footer of casdep.com.

Stablemates. Wintika and VIP Stakes are the two brands we can tie to Casdep with confidence, and both are now closed. Their profiles are kept below as a record rather than a recommendation.

UK players. Casdep has never appeared on the UK Gambling Commission register, and its cashier does not even offer pounds sterling. There is no route here for anyone gambling from Britain.

Wintika and VIP Stakes are the two strongest Casdep sister-site matches because they shared the Winzon operator, platform and former Malta licence. Neither is a live alternative, and broader historical network lists should not be mistaken for casinos that can still be joined.

Sister site Relationship Licence/status What it shared Main risk Verdict
Wintika Winzon / HighWeb sister Closed; former MGA network Platform, suppliers, cashier and promotions Domain sale does not restore old accounts Closest historical match
VIP Stakes Winzon / HighWeb sister Closed; former MGA network Account structure, game lobby and withdrawal limits No current operator or live balance route Historical record only

Casdep Stablemates: A Closed Record

The differences below explain how the two sister brands were positioned while trading. Their closed status is the important point now.

Wintika

Wintika logo

Status: closed. Wintika was the closest stylistic match to Casdep, sharing the Winzon platform and much of the same slots, table-game and live-dealer catalogue. It used a simpler party-themed lobby and its own promotion schedule. The former domain no longer runs a casino, so old bonus and cashier descriptions have no current value.

VIP Stakes

VIP Stakes logo

Status: closed. VIP Stakes put more emphasis on loyalty tiers, but its cashier, game categories and former regulatory setup came from the same network. It closed before the MGA cancelled Winzon’s wider authorisation, and it should not be treated as a current alternative or recovery route for a Casdep balance.

What Happened To The Rest Of The Winzon Network

The former BtagMaster Partners roster linked twenty-eight domains to the wider operator network. By late July 2026, casdep.com was the only one still serving a casino page; the rest were offline, parked, listed for sale or repurposed.

That status does not make Casdep a survivor in regulatory terms. Winzon’s Malta authorisation is cancelled, and a working front end cannot replace a valid licence, player-funds protection or an enforceable complaints route.

We have deliberately not turned that table into a set of recommendations, and we have not built pages here for brands we cannot test. Three names that circulate on other sites as Casdep stablemates, the Free Spin brand, Winnerzon and Winzon Casino, illustrate why. The first two now point at a placeholder and a redirect to a search engine respectively, and the third is a German-language marketing page that advertises a Curacao permit and never mentions Winzon Group Ltd in its footer at all. None of the three gives us anything solid enough to publish.

If you are trying to work out which casinos genuinely share an owner, the method matters more than the list. We set out the checks we use in our guide to casino networks, and the reason so many of these brands look identical is explained in our piece on white label casinos. The whole Winzon estate ran on a single supplier platform, which is why twenty-odd casinos went dark within months of each other.

Casdep Review – July 2026

Casdep’s desktop homepage after the Winzon licence cancellation, showing the live registration and game-lobby interface.

That is casdep.com as it looked when we captured it on 27th July 2026. The lobby is intact, the category rail across the middle is the same one the network used on every brand, and the hero is still selling a $300 welcome bonus with 100 free spins. Nothing on the visible page tells a new visitor that the licence behind it was cancelled four months earlier.

Where Casdep Came From

Casdep casino was launched in 2015 by HighWeb Services Limited. It was licensed by the Curacao eGaming Authorities. HighWeb Services Limited was incorporated in 2013. Its official address is in Cyprus and it was licensed by the local government of Curacao.

There are 2 companies in the HighWeb Services Limited corporate. It is also a part of the Business Service Sector Industry. Since its establishment, it has launched more than 17 online casinos and partnered with many top tier game providers. Some of their affiliated software providers are Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, and Red Tiger.

Some of their services are customer retention, customer service, marketing, CRM, affiliate programs, business analytics, and more. Casdep online casino had been in the industry for a little over 5 years when we first reviewed it, and it has now been trading for more than a decade. It was one of the few casinos that accepted bitcoin as a mode of payment, alongside their many payment methods, although we could find no crypto option at all in the 2026 cashier.

A curious leftover survives in the site’s own structured data. While the footer names a Maltese company, the machine-readable organisation block still carries a Curacao postal address at Heelsumstraat 51. That is the pre-2022 identity, never cleaned up, and it is a small sign of how little maintenance the site has had.

The Site As It Stands Today

To play at the casino, players can download their App on PC or log in via their favorite browsers. They also recently launched their app for android so phone users can download the app too, and the download link for that Android package is still published in the site’s own markup.

However, playing via the browser is just as fun as playing via the app, nothing different. The casino has hundreds of casino games, including some of the most popular slots and live dealer games. They also offered a sports betting market, though there is no longer any sports link in the navigation and the only menu items left are Start, Games and Blog. Once on the homepage, customers are greeted with a video slide featuring their winners and top players. The welcome bonus, games, jackpots and other site details are also at the front page.

The navigation button at the top right corner of the site leads to the live casino, sports, tournaments, VIP, help center, and other tabs. In case players get stuck, they can use the live chat support option or any of the 2 different email addresses to contact customer service. They also have a message option that only logged-in players can use. The live chat prompt is still wired up on every page, so that part of the original review has held up better than most.

What has not held up is the housekeeping. The footer copyright line still reads 2024. The terms of use and bonus terms are both marked version 1.0 and dated 25th April 2022. The page titles contradict each other, with the homepage advertising a $100 welcome bonus with 20 free spins while the games and terms pages advertise a 400% bonus up to $80, and the hero banner advertises a third figure again. A seasonal snow effect is still switched on in the site configuration in the middle of July. None of this is dangerous on its own, but together it describes a property nobody is looking after.

Bonuses, And The Wagering Behind Them

The promotions page is one of the few parts of the site that has been kept current, and the offers it lists are these. A first deposit match worth up to $300 plus 100 free spins on Valley of the Muses, a second deposit match of 100% up to $300, a third deposit bonus of 70% up to $700, a standing 20% cashback on live games, a weekly leaderboard race with a €3,000 prize pool shared by the top fifty players and €700 for first place, and a refer-a-friend scheme.

The wagering behind those numbers is where the offers stop looking generous. Casdep’s own bonus terms require deposit bonuses to be turned over forty times, and crucially that requirement applies to the triggering deposit as well as to the bonus itself. Winnings from free spins carry a sixty times requirement, and any no-deposit bonus carries ninety-nine times. While a bonus is in play the maximum stake is capped at €5, or €1 for players in Germany, and that cap includes bought bonus features and gamble rounds. Bonus funds only work on games carrying a BONUS tag, the whole thing expires after thirty days, and the amount you can convert out of the bonus wallet is limited to five times the conversion amount with anything above that forfeited.

For context, a British player reading this should note that terms of that shape could not legally be offered to them by a UK-licensed operator. The rules that came into force in January 2026 cap wagering at ten times, among other changes, and we walk through what that means in our summary of the UKGC 2026 bonus rules. Forty times on bonus plus deposit is a term from a different regulatory world.

The promotions we recorded in our original review have all since been retired, and we list them here only so the record is complete. New players get up to $100 Welcome Bonus plus free spins. Deposit $10 and play with $50 in their Supper Summer Madness offer. Get up to $250 match deposit welcome bonus at the Live Casino. Other promotions listed are Weekly $1000 Race Giveaway, Box of Luck, Thursday Surprise Spins, Android App Promotions, and Sports Cashback. Terms and Conditions apply. None of those appear on the promotions page today.

Payments, Currencies And Withdrawal Checks

The cashier we recorded in our original review was much broader than the one running now. Their payment selections include Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, ecoPayz, Mastercard, VISA, EPS, Diners Club, Zimpler, Astropay, Bank Transfer, Flexepin, and Discover. Checking the live banking page and the homepage payment rail in July 2026, the methods we could actually find named were Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, MuchBetter, Neosurf, Interac, Trustly, SOFORT, ezeewallet and bank transfer. Skrill, Paysafecard, ecoPayz, Astropay, Flexepin, Zimpler, Discover and Diners Club have all gone.

The currency list is the single clearest signal about who this casino is built for. The cashier configuration carries euros, US dollars, Canadian dollars, Australian and New Zealand dollars, and then Brazilian reais, Argentine pesos, Indian rupees, Mexican pesos, Peruvian soles, Uruguayan pesos, Chilean pesos and Colombian pesos. There is no pound sterling option at all, and none of the thirteen currencies is flagged as a cryptocurrency.

On withdrawals, the published rules are a minimum of €25, an automatic payout ceiling of 1,000 units of your account currency above which requests go to manual review, and a €15 charge on SEPA bank transfers. Withdrawals only go back through a method you have already deposited with, and full identity verification is required before the first payout clears. That last point is normal. The fee on a bank transfer, on an account that cannot pay you in pounds, is less normal.

There is one clause that deserves a paragraph of its own, because it bites hardest on exactly the players this page is likely to reach. If an account records no wager for twelve months it is classed as inactive, and Casdep reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of 5% of the balance with a minimum of €5. After five years the account is treated as dormant and the remaining funds can be appropriated outright. Anyone who walked away from a Casdep balance and forgot about it should not assume it is sitting there untouched.

Games And Software

Some of their developers are Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger, Playson, BetSoft Gaming, iSoftBet, 1×2 Gaming, Evolution Gaming, and Big Time Gaming. The lobby is organised into Top, New Releases, Slots, Card Games, Table Games, Arcades and Video Poker, with themed collections for things like Megaways, Crash, Skill Games and Enhanced RTP sitting alongside them.

Players can enjoy all sorts of casino games at Casdep. They can find slots like Golden Vein, Hooked, and Wolf Gold. Some of their Roulette games include Speed Auto Roulette, Lightning Roulette, and American Roulette. Poker lovers can find games like the Caribbean Hold’em Poker and Joker Poker. Scratch card games like Cherry Blast Scratch, Happy Holidays Scratch, and Treasures of Horus Scratch Cards are also available. Other games include Blackjack, Bingo, Baccarat, Craps, and Keno.

We should be straight about one thing we could not verify. On every attempt we made to load the games grid, from a connection the site read as being outside its supported markets, the lobby rendered its categories and filters but returned no titles, and the endpoint the page calls to fetch the provider list simply redirected back to the homepage. That may be nothing more than a geographic restriction working as designed. It is not evidence that the games are gone. It does mean we cannot put a current game count on this casino, and we would rather say so than repeat a number from a marketing page.

Important Licensing Update

In April 2026 the Malta Gaming Authority published a decision cancelling Winzon Group Limited’s authorisation (MGA/B2C/717/2019) with retroactive effect from 11 March 2026, alongside administrative penalties of over €147,000 and outstanding fees of roughly €46,700. The regulator’s notice ordered Winzon Group to stop operating, notify every player of the cancellation, refund all player balances, hand over transaction records and bank statements, and strip any reference to its MGA authorisation from its websites.

Casdep’s website still displays the old MGA licence details in its footer. The regulator’s instruction required those references to be removed. The licence itself is no longer valid according to the regulator regardless of what the footer says, so anyone still holding a balance with Casdep, Wintika, VIP Stakes or any other Winzon-run brand should treat this as a live concern, stop depositing, and contact the operator directly to request a withdrawal of any remaining funds.

The precise figures in the regulator’s notice, published on 7th April 2026, are administrative penalties of €147,080 and outstanding annual licence fees and minimum compliance contributions of €46,693.23. The directives run to seven items, including a requirement to notify every player by email and to keep that notice on the website for thirty days. We could find no such notice anywhere on casdep.com.

There is a second problem for anyone thinking about escalating a dispute. Casdep’s terms name EADR Ltd, the European Alternative Dispute Resolution service, as the body a player should go to if the casino’s own complaints process fails them. That route exists because the MGA requires its licensees to appoint an approved dispute resolution service. With the licence cancelled, the assumption that an independent adjudicator stands behind the operator is one you should test rather than rely on. The same terms also set a hard limit on how long you have to complain, at seven days for a disputed bet and twelve weeks for a disputed game round.

If reading this has made you want to check a casino licence properly rather than take a footer at face value, our walkthrough on how to verify a casino licence shows how to look a permit up at source. Casdep is a good worked example of why that habit matters, because everything printed in its footer is accurate apart from the one fact that counts.

What To Do If Casdep Holds Your Balance

  1. Stop depositing: do not add money to meet a withdrawal threshold, verification request or supposed account-unlock condition.
  2. Save account evidence: keep the balance, transaction history, withdrawal requests, KYC status and all support messages.
  3. Make a written withdrawal request: state the amount due and keep proof of delivery and every response.
  4. Quote the cancelled licence: escalate unresolved funds to the Malta Gaming Authority under MGA/B2C/717/2019.
  5. Warn your payment provider: if the operator takes new funds after refusing a valid withdrawal, ask the bank or wallet provider what dispute evidence it requires.

Do not pay a tax, release fee or recovery agent to unlock money. The MGA cancellation order required player balances to be refunded; it did not require players to make another payment first.

Casdep has no UK Gambling Commission licence and its former Malta authorisation is cancelled. Do not deposit.

What Players And Reviewers Report

Casdep is unusual in that its player scores and its industry scores point in opposite directions. On one of the larger review portals the handful of players who left ratings averaged it around seven and a half out of ten, which is a perfectly ordinary score for a mid-sized casino. The same portal’s own listing carries a rating of one out of ten and a status note explaining that the casino has been terminated from the directory for going unresponsive. Player experience and operator responsiveness are not the same thing, and this is what the gap between them looks like.

The complaint history is thinner than you might expect for a casino this old, with a single formal complaint logged and recorded as resolved. The older forum record is more revealing than the complaint count. A player thread opened in 2016 raised a welcome bonus that failed to apply after a deposit, country eligibility rules that were not written down anywhere in the terms or the affiliate material, and a minimum withdrawal threshold that kept sitting just out of reach. An affiliate manager replied at the time and pointed the player back at support without offering a remedy, and a forum administrator noted that the casino had failed to document its excluded countries properly. That thread was later closed and redirected to the operator’s affiliate programme, and the last activity on it dates from 2020.

The negatives worth weighing, then, are these. Support has a documented history of going quiet. The bonus terms are heavy enough that a bonus balance is difficult to convert. The complaint windows are short. And the independent adjudicator named in the terms is tied to a licence that no longer exists. Against that, the deposit minimums are low, the payment rail is mainstream rather than crypto-only, and live chat is genuinely present rather than a broken widget. For how we weigh evidence like this, see how we review casinos.

Where UK Players Should Look Instead

There is no honest way to present a cancelled Maltese licence and a cashier with no sterling option as an option for a British player, so the alternatives below are not stablemates of Casdep and we are not pretending otherwise. They are simply casinos we review that a UK player can actually open an account with, and that occupy roughly the same space of slots-led lobbies with live dealer tables attached.

Mr Play and Queen Play come from the same operator and cover the mainstream slots and live casino ground with UK-facing terms. Spin Rio sits close to them in style if you want something with a slightly heavier promotions calendar. PlayAmo is the closest in character to what Casdep was aiming at, with a broad multi-currency lobby, so it is a useful comparison point even though its regulatory position is not a UK one either.

Two further pages are worth a look before you sign up anywhere. Our guide to finding the best casino bonuses covers how to read a wagering requirement properly, which is the exact skill that makes Casdep’s forty times term jump off the page. And if you are self-excluded, our explanation of how GamStop works with sister sites matters here more than usual, because an operator outside the UK system is under no obligation to honour a British self-exclusion at all.

Casdep FAQs

Who owns Casdep?

Casdep is run by Winzon Group Ltd, a Malta-registered operator. The brand’s earlier history runs through HighWeb Ventures N.V. and HighWeb Services Limited, which operated it from Cyprus under a Curacao licence before the network moved across to Winzon Group’s Malta authorisation in 2022.

Is Casdep still licensed?

Casdep’s footer still lists Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/717/2019, but the MGA formally cancelled that authorisation with effect from 11 March 2026 and fined Winzon Group over €147,000. The site has not updated its own footer to reflect this, so treat the licence as no longer valid.

What are Casdep’s genuine sister sites?

The two Winzon Group brands we can verify a connection to are Wintika and VIP Stakes, both reviewed on this site and both now closed. Casdep’s own marketing has referenced other names such as the Free Spin brand and Winnerzon in the past, but we could not confirm live, currently operating pages for those brands, so we have not listed them.

Is Casdep available to UK players?

No. Casdep has never held a UK Gambling Commission licence and is not marketed to UK players. Its cashier does not offer pounds sterling among its thirteen supported currencies, which is about as clear a signal as an operator can give.

Should I still deposit at Casdep?

Given that its Malta licence was cancelled by the regulator in 2026, we would not recommend depositing new funds at Casdep. If you already have a balance there, the MGA’s order requires Winzon Group to refund players, so it is worth contacting Casdep support directly to request your withdrawal.

Is the Casdep website still working?

Yes. As of 27th July 2026 casdep.com still loads, still accepts registrations and still advertises a welcome bonus, which is precisely why this page spells out the licensing position. A site being online is not the same as a site being authorised.

What is Casdep’s wagering requirement?

Deposit bonuses must be wagered forty times, and that requirement applies to the deposit as well as the bonus. Free spin winnings carry a sixty times requirement and no deposit bonuses ninety-nine times, with a €5 maximum stake while any bonus is active.

Does Casdep charge a fee on inactive accounts?

Yes. After twelve months without a wager the account is classed as inactive and a monthly fee of 5% of the balance, minimum €5, can be applied. After five years the account becomes dormant and the balance can be appropriated by the operator.

How many Winzon Group casinos are still open?

Of twenty-eight domains linked to the former group, only casdep.com returned a working casino page in late July 2026. The rest are for sale, parked, repurposed by unrelated businesses or simply not answering.
