Spinson Sister Sites: Closure, Casino History and Alternatives
Spinson is closed, and spinson.com is Inactive on AG Communications’ register. Its former Aspire connections include PlayFrank and Trada Casino. HeySpin now operates under Jumpman Gaming, alongside Billion Casino, so the old Spinson network is no longer a list of interchangeable current casinos.

The history below covers Spinson’s old lobby, the different outcomes for related brands and the records that matter for an unresolved account.
Spinson’s old casino: games, navigation and bonuses
Spinson was a casino-led site. Its historical homepage put a large Starburst promotion above a grid of slots, with separate links to Live Casino and Virtual Sports across the top. The purple background, turquoise controls and geometric lettering gave it a recognisable identity. Beneath the banner, the category row divided the catalogue into Featured Games, New, Halloween Games, Slots, Jackpots, Table Games and All Games.

The screenshot shows Book of Dead, Big Bass Bonanza, Boat Bonanza, Starburst, Big Bass Boss, Wolf Gold, Legacy of Dead and Roman Legend. This was a mixed catalogue of familiar games, rather than a collection developed exclusively for Spinson. Several fishing titles sat beside Egyptian, Roman and gemstone themes. A player looking for one particular release could use the game-name or provider search on the right, instead of scrolling through the featured selection.
The distinction between categories matters. “New” sorted games by arrival, while “Halloween Games” grouped them by theme. Neither was a separate type of wager. Table Games and Live Casino, by contrast, led towards different game formats. Virtual Sports was another separate destination: it should not be confused with a sportsbook taking bets on real fixtures.
What the old welcome banner meant
The archived screen displays a euro-denominated match offer and spins on Starburst. Its small print includes a €20 minimum deposit, a 35-times wagering requirement and a 24-hour offer window. These are details of the pictured promotion, not a current offer or proof that the same conditions applied to every British account. The amount, currency and date on an old promotion all matter.
For a simple illustration of the multiplier, a €20 bonus with a requirement of 35 times the bonus creates €700 of qualifying wagers. If the requirement instead applied to a €20 deposit plus a €20 bonus, the calculation would be €40 × 35 = €1,400. The banner alone does not resolve every part of the full terms. These examples explain why the basis of the calculation matters; they do not describe money returned, profit or a reason to keep playing.
Spinson’s older reviews also describe loyalty incentives. Those belong to the history of the casino. A loyalty balance, unused spins and withdrawable cash are different things, and no current Spinson offer or transfer of those benefits to another brand has been established.
The different platform eras
The historical Wizard of Odds review describes an EveryMatrix casino and gives 2015 as its founding year. LCB’s Spinson review describes a later Aspire Global operation and gives 2012. The sources therefore disagree on the launch year. The Gambling Commission’s inactive Spinson domain entry supplies direct evidence for the later AG Communications relationship, but does not settle the earlier date.
This history explains why an old account email can name a different business from a later review. The brand, the software platform and the company contracting with a customer are not interchangeable names. The AG Communications guide covers the former British network, including the separate outcomes for its brands.
Which Spinson connections still exist?
HeySpin and Billion Casino now appear as White Label domains on Jumpman Gaming’s domain register. Spinson, Trada Casino and PlayFrank appear as Inactive on AG Communications’ domain register. These are different situations, not five equivalent places to reopen a Spinson account.
The comparisons below separate a brand that changed operator, a current casino under another operator, and closed or historical connections. Domain evidence was checked on 15 September 2026. An operator’s broader licence can remain active while an individual casino domain is inactive.
HeySpin: a former connection with a different operator

HeySpin is the clearest example of why an old sister-site list needs a date. Its former heyspin.com entry is Inactive under AG Communications, while its present www.heyspin.com address is a White Label under Jumpman Gaming. HeySpin’s own footer identifies Jumpman as its British operator. That current relationship is separate from Spinson’s former AG operation.

The February 2024 image shows a black-and-yellow casino with Casino and Sport links, a prominent welcome panel, and categories for Featured Games, New, Slots, Jackpots, Drops & Wins and All Games. Book of Dead, Big Bass Bonanza and Gold Blitz Extreme appear in the grid. Compared with Spinson’s purple lobby, the visual style changes considerably, but the familiar slot catalogue overlaps. The historical Sport link should not be used to promise that the current site offers the same sportsbook.
HeySpin’s current product description instead foregrounds slots, table games and an Evolution live casino. It names providers including Games Global, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Red Tiger and Big Time Gaming. It also describes browser play on phones and tablets without an app download. The closest overlap with the old Spinson product is therefore its slots and live tables.
Its account terms separate pending withdrawal checks from the banking cycle, quoting one to five working days for funds to reach a bank account once the pending period has expired. They also distinguish deposit limits applied to the individual site from wider self-exclusion arrangements. Those conditions belong to HeySpin; neither its operator change nor its game catalogue establishes that it inherited a Spinson balance or complaint.
Billion Casino: a Jumpman comparison, not a Spinson successor

Billion Casino has a different present-day relationship from the old Aspire names. Its own terms identify Jumpman Gaming, and billioncasino.com is a White Label domain on that operator’s register. It is therefore relevant alongside the current HeySpin operation, rather than evidence that Spinson’s former company has reopened under another name.

The July 2026 screen uses a pale background, dark green lettering and a top-hatted character, with a large 9 Pots of Gold welcome panel above Featured Games. That is a very different presentation from Spinson’s dense purple slot grid. The game-selection area remains visible underneath the promotion, with an All Games route for readers who want to browse beyond the featured row.
The pictured promotion illustrates another practical difference: “up to” a number of spins is not a guaranteed fixed award. Its small print states ten-times bonus wagering and a maximum conversion into real funds tied to lifetime deposits, capped at £250. The Billion Casino terms also restrict bonus wagers to named games. A welcome headline, a wagering multiplier and a conversion limit answer three different questions about the same offer.
For an arithmetic example, where a conversion limit equals lifetime deposits, £40 of lifetime deposits would imply a £40 limit, while £400 of deposits would still encounter the stated £250 ceiling. This is an explanation of the restriction shown, not a recommendation to deposit more. It shows why comparing only Spinson’s historical match percentage with Billion’s spin headline would miss a material condition.
PlayFrank: a closed former AG brand

PlayFrank is a historical comparison, not an open alternative. Its official closure notice says the website stopped operating on 30 June 2026 and identifies AG Communications as the operator. Unlike Spinson’s attributed directory date, this is a date published by the brand’s own website.

The notice gives asg_supportcenter@aristocrat.com for PlayFrank account balances and pending withdrawals. It also names eCOGRA as the dispute-resolution route after an unresolved complaint reaches the conditions stated in the notice. These are useful instructions for a former PlayFrank customer, but the notice does not say that the same team handles Spinson accounts.
PlayFrank’s notice distinguishes account help from a formal dispute. It directs a customer with an outstanding complaint to eCOGRA if they are unhappy with the final response or eight weeks have passed since the complaint was raised. Keeping the complaint date and final response is therefore relevant to that route. This is separate from simply asking where a pending withdrawal has gone.
Trada Casino and the older Aspire connection

Trada Casino belonged to the same historical comparison group: LCB’s account of Spinson specifically identifies Trada among the Aspire-operated brands. The present UKGC record lists tradacasino.com as Inactive under AG Communications. That supports the historical connection while ruling out describing this old entry as a current active AG domain.
A saved Trada message, a Spinson message and a later HeySpin message may refer to different contractual circumstances even where the original casino layouts shared a platform. No automatic transfer from Spinson to Trada has been established.
Betregal and similarly named international sites

Betregal also appeared in older Spinson comparisons. The historical name on its own does not identify a current British sister casino, and it should not be treated as Spinson’s successor. A country-specific address and the company named in that site’s terms are more useful than a logo when distinguishing versions of an international gambling brand.
For someone tracing an old account, keep the exact web address from the registration email, including the country ending if there was one. A search result for a similarly named sportsbook in another country is not evidence that it holds the earlier casino balance. The confirmed AG and Jumpman relationships above are the more precise basis for understanding this page’s former network.
What is known about Spinson’s closure?
Spinson’s domain is Inactive on the AG Communications record, and review directories describe the casino as closed. CasinoFreak records inactivity from 24 February 2026. That is a directory’s date, not an operator-issued shutdown announcement. No official Spinson notice confirming an exact closure date or commercial reason has been established.
The distinction prevents a common mistake: borrowing PlayFrank’s 30 June closure date and applying it to every former Aspire brand. Each site has its own history. Scratch2Cash, Spin Shake and Generation VIP also have inactive domains in the AG record, but their entries do not supply a missing Spinson announcement.
Older pages can still contain welcome offers, mobile descriptions and payment estimates after a casino closes. Those details may explain its former product, but they cannot establish present availability. The historical Spinson screenshot above is a record of the old casino, not an invitation to use a replacement domain with a similar name.
Old accounts, withdrawals and support
For an unresolved Spinson account, start with the company and contact details in your original terms and correspondence. The different platform eras make the registration date and exact domain especially useful. A bank transaction reference can help identify a payment, while a withdrawal confirmation can show whether a request was submitted before access ended.
- Cash balance: record the last known amount and currency, separately from promotional funds.
- Pending withdrawal: keep the request date, amount, method and any reference number or status email.
- Bonus or loyalty balance: keep the relevant offer terms; it should not be described as an already approved cash payment.
- Complaint: keep the original complaint date, correspondence and any final response together.
The Gambling Commission’s complaints guidance explains the route through the gambling business and, where applicable, alternative dispute resolution. The company responsible for the account matters more than another casino sharing its former platform. Opening an account at HeySpin or Billion would not resolve a Spinson withdrawal.
No current Spinson-specific support address or official account-transfer instruction has been verified. The PlayFrank email above is explicitly for PlayFrank’s published notice. It should not be presented as a confirmed Spinson recovery service. The original account records remain the starting point for identifying the appropriate business and complaint route.
Spinson questions
Is Spinson still open?
Spinson is treated as closed. Its old domain is Inactive on AG Communications’ register, and casino review directories mark the casino as closed or terminated.
When did Spinson close?
CasinoFreak records inactivity from 24 February 2026. No official Spinson notice confirming that exact date has been established, so it remains an attributed directory date.
Are HeySpin and Billion Casino Spinson sister sites?
HeySpin has a former AG connection but now operates under Jumpman Gaming. Billion Casino is also on Jumpman’s current domain register. Neither current relationship establishes that Spinson accounts, balances or bonuses transferred to those casinos.
Why do old Spinson reviews name different operators?
Historical reviews describe both EveryMatrix and Aspire Global periods. The later AG Communications domain entry is direct regulatory evidence for the British relationship. For an individual account, the contracting company in its original terms is the relevant starting point.
