Gamesys Operations Limited Casinos 2026

Gamesys is still one of the biggest names in the British bingo and casino space, but the shape of the network has changed a bit. A couple of older names have dropped away, Megaways has moved into the history pile, Bally has become a proper front-and-centre brand, and the whole group now sits inside a newer corporate picture than most older operator pages reflect.

Market position 20%+ Intralot says the group commands 20%+ of the UK casino-led segment and 30%+ of bingo-led play.

Current Gamesys brands

These are the brands that matter now. Some are fully active domains on the UKGC register, others sit there as white-label domains, but this is the real 2026 working roster rather than the half-outdated lists that still float around online.

Active domain

Bally Bet Sports & Casino

This is the brand Gamesys has pushed hardest in the Bally era, and it now feels less like an experiment and more like the group’s statement piece. It’s the one that most clearly blends casino and sportsbook energy in a single package, so if you want to see where the network’s newer direction is heading, this is the obvious place to look. It also gives the group a more modern face than some of the older bingo-heavy labels.

Jackpotjoy

If Gamesys has a flagship that still carries real emotional weight with British players, it’s Jackpotjoy. The site launched back in 2002 and it still has that big, chatty, bingo-led personality that made it famous in the first place. It isn’t trying to be the coolest thing on the internet, and that’s probably why it’s endured. People know what they’re getting here, lots of bingo traffic, a recognisable name, and a site that still feels like proper old-school Gamesys.

Virgin Games

Virgin Games is still one of the network’s classier names, and that licensed branding gives it a bit more polish than the average UK casino site. Gamesys took over operation of the brand in 2013, and the current version leans into a broad mix of slots, live casino and bingo rather than pinning itself to a single gimmick. It’s a safe pick for players who want something mainstream and familiar without the site feeling flat or anonymous.

MONOPOLY Casino

MONOPOLY Casino remains one of the most distinctive sites on the whole roster because it has a genuine reason to exist beyond just changing the colours and calling it a day. The Hasbro link gives Gamesys a branded playground full of official MONOPOLY slots, live titles and scratchcard-style games, and that still feels like something players can’t quite get elsewhere in the same way. For fans of themed casino content, this is still the network’s most obvious specialist pick.

Double Bubble Bingo

Double Bubble Bingo could easily have been written off as a sugary side project, but it has done rather better than that. The site launched in 2021, won WhichBingo’s best new bingo site award in 2022, and has settled into the network as a proper brand rather than a throwaway novelty. It’s the brightest, most playful thing in the Gamesys stable, which means it won’t be to everyone’s taste, but it does at least know exactly what it is.

Rainbow Riches Casino

Rainbow Riches Casino is still built around one very simple idea, if people already love the Rainbow Riches universe, why not give them a whole site devoted to it? That approach still works. Rather than pretending to be all things to all players, it leans into the leprechaun-heavy slot identity, throws in exclusives, keeps the wider casino catalogue around it, and lets the theme do the talking. If you enjoy Rainbow Riches, this feels nicely on-brand. If you don’t, it probably won’t change your mind.

Retired brand that still matters

Megaways Casino

Megaways Casino shouldn’t be treated as a live Gamesys casino in 2026, but it still belongs on the page because it remains on the current UKGC domain list as an inactive domain. In other words, it’s part of the operator’s recent history, not part of the current shopping window. Bally replaced it in 2023, which tells you a fair bit about where the business wanted to put its chips.

That also clears up one of the oldest bits of clutter on the page. If a visitor is looking for the current network, Megaways goes in the retired section, not among the active brands.

Gamesys Operations Limited profile

Gamesys is one of those gambling groups where the brands are much easier to recognise than the company structure sitting behind them. The operating entity itself remains very much alive and very much licensed, but the corporate story above it has had a habit of changing names, changing owners and leaving older profile pages looking half a step behind.

The simple version is this. Gamesys grew into one of Britain’s major online bingo and casino businesses, picked up Virgin Games in 2013, lived through the oddness of Jackpotjoy leaving and later circling back via the wider group story, and was then acquired by Bally’s in 2021. Since then, the latest twist is the 2025 completion of Intralot’s acquisition of Bally’s International Interactive business. That’s why some official site copy still talks about Bally’s Corporation, while current 2026 portfolio pages and footers point to Bally’s Intralot. Beneath all that, the actual UK-facing operator on the licence is still Gamesys Operations Limited.

What it is now

A licensed Gibraltar-based operator with UKGC account 38905, running some of the best-known bingo and casino brands in the British market.

What it does well

Branded casino sites. Gamesys has always been better than most rivals at building sites that actually feel different from one another instead of looking like the same lobby in a new jacket.

What has changed

Bally is now a core name rather than a side note, Megaways has gone cold, and the current group presentation now sits under Intralot rather than the older standalone Gamesys story.

The honest caveat

This isn’t a saintly operator. The Gambling Commission’s current register shows a regulatory action and a £6,071,292 penalty from 2024 over AML and safer gambling failings, so a proper operator profile should say that plainly.

Network status table

Here’s the clean 2026 version of the roster. No dead wood, no half-remembered brand names, and no pretending a retired site is still part of the live action.

Brand Domain Register status Main angle 2026 take
Bally Bet Sports & Casino ballycasino.co.uk Active Casino and sportsbook The clearest sign of where the group wants to go next.
Jackpotjoy jackpotjoy.com Active Bingo-led flagship Still the best-known old guard Gamesys name.
Double Bubble Bingo doublebubblebingo.com Active Themed bingo and slots More successful, and more permanent, than many expected.
MONOPOLY Casino monopolycasino.com White label Official MONOPOLY content Still the strongest specialist brand in the line-up.
Rainbow Riches Casino rainbowrichescasino.com White label Rainbow Riches slot universe Works best if you already like the theme.
Virgin Games virgingames.com White label Mainstream casino and bingo A broad-appeal site with a polished licensed name.
Megaways Casino megawayscasino.com Inactive Retired slot-led brand Worth remembering, but no longer a current Gamesys destination.
Legacy names such as Heart Bingo and Smooth Bingo have been removed from the live roster here because they do not appear on the current Gamesys Operations Limited domain register.
