Flutter’s UK Casino and Bingo Families
Flutter Entertainment owns Paddy Power, Betfair, Sky Betting & Gaming, PokerStars and tombola. These are related at parent-company level, but the company responsible for a particular gambling product can differ. This guide maps the main families covered on All Sister Sites to their current British operator evidence, checked on 12 September 2026.
Flutter’s official brand portfolio also includes international names such as FanDuel, Sportsbet and Sisal. Their presence in the same group does not make them additional British casino options. The relevant country edition and legal operator matter as much as the logo.
Which Flutter Brands Belong Together?
| Brand family | British operator evidence | Where to explore |
|---|---|---|
| Paddy Power and Betfair | PPB Entertainment Limited lists both main domains as Active. This is one relevant gaming entity; it is not the sole company for every product offered under those names. | Our Paddy Power and Betfair group guide, plus the Betfair and Paddy Power reviews. |
| Sky gaming brands | Bonne Terre Gaming Limited lists Sky Vegas, Sky Bingo, Sky Casino and Sky Poker addresses as Active. Sky Vegas and Sky Bingo name this company in their current footers. | The Sky Vegas and Sky Bingo guides cover the casino and bingo branches. |
| PokerStars | Stars Interactive Limited lists the British PokerStars and PokerStars Casino domains. The UK terms separately identify the contracting companies. | Our PokerStars UK guide explains the brand’s closer connections. |
| tombola | Tombola (International) Plc lists the tombola and tombola arcade .co.uk and .com addresses as Active. | The tombola guide focuses on its bingo and arcade family. |
These are domain and company relationships, rather than a count of separate casinos. Mobile addresses, alternative domains and different products can appear in the same register. An Active domain entry also does not establish that every historical product using that address is still available.
Flutter casinos and bingo sites compared
Paddy Power, Betfair, Sky Vegas, Sky Bingo, PokerStars and tombola belong to Flutter Entertainment. They are corporate relatives, but they offer quite different reasons to visit: Paddy Power and Betfair combine casino products with sports betting, Sky has separate casino and bingo identities, PokerStars spans poker and casino, and tombola builds its own bingo and arcade games.
The six profiles below concentrate on the British products. The main differences are in the games, room formats and product navigation. The pictured homepages show individual brand designs and historical promotions; those pictured offers are not current recommendations.
Paddy Power: sportsbook roots and its own live-casino identity
Paddy Power has the green branding and sports navigation of a bookmaker, but its casino products have a much broader range than the small game tiles beside a betslip suggest. The historical homepage below makes that connection visible: football and racing sit beside Paddy Power Roulette, blackjack and a Live Casino entrance. Someone interested only in casino games can use the Games or Live Casino navigation without treating the sports promotion as their casino welcome offer.
The Paddy Power live-casino lobby includes branded roulette, a blackjack lobby, Hippodrome London Roulette and game shows such as Crazy Time and Ice Fishing. Its suppliers include Playtech, Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Stakelogic. That mix matters when comparing it with Sky Vegas: some familiar live games appear at both, while the branded tables and presentation differ.
Paddy’s Mansion Heist Live is a more specific example of Paddy Power’s identity. Playtech’s wheel game uses a mansion robbery theme, with bonus rounds built around paintings, red and black doors, rooms and a vault. It is a hosted casino game, despite the recognisable bookmaker branding. The rules and payouts belong to that game, not to a sports-betting offer.
For a comparison with Betfair, start with the particular casino game or live table you want, then compare the applicable offer and account conditions. Their long relationship within Paddy Power Betfair explains their ownership, but it does not establish identical catalogues, stakes or promotional eligibility.

Betfair: a separate casino beside the Exchange and Sportsbook
Betfair is closely associated with its betting Exchange. Its casino is a different product: roulette, blackjack and slots are not exchange bets against another customer. The historical homepage below separates Exchange, Casino and Bingo promotions, a useful reminder that the prominent sports offer is only one part of the brand.
The Betfair Casino lobby divides its catalogue into slots, live casino, card and table games, arcade titles and Slingo. Its September selection includes Betfair Fishin’ Frenzy The Big Catch 2, Cleopatra Triple Fortunes and Rainbow Riches Dream Pots. Premium Blackjack Vegas and Money Back Roulette provide examples beyond the slots list. These are named products to compare with Paddy Power or Sky Vegas, rather than evidence that every game in the group is the same.
Betfair also displays Prize Pinball and jackpot categories. An eligible promotional entry, a slot’s jackpot feature and a standard cash stake have different conditions. The presence of all three on a homepage does not make a promotional prize withdrawable on the same terms as an ordinary cash win.
The operator names deserve particular attention here. Betfair Casino names Betfair Casino Limited as well as PPB Entertainment and PPB Counterparty Services in its legal footer. The responsible company depends on the product. For a payment query, the product, account and relevant terms are more useful starting points than Flutter’s corporate name.

Sky Vegas: a casino catalogue with branded slots and live tables
Sky Vegas gives casino games their own front door. The historical screenshot shows a red welcome banner above a broad row of slots, with separate navigation for Live Dealers, Jackpots and Card & Table games. Unlike Paddy Power’s pictured sportsbook, the page does not make a racing or football market the main event.
The current Sky Vegas catalogue includes Super Sky Vegas Express Hold & Win alongside titles such as Eye of Horus Gold Spins Megaways and Gold Cash Free Spins 2. The live section includes Sky Vegas Roulette and Sky Vegas Blackjack, as well as game shows including Crazy Time and Ice Fishing. Some familiar supplier titles overlap with Paddy Power and Betfair, while the Sky-branded games give the lobby a more individual character.
Sky Bingo is the more relevant relative for someone seeking scheduled bingo rooms. Sky Vegas has a casino focus, so a slot with a bingo theme should not be mistaken for a ticket in a shared bingo game. Likewise, a jackpot category describes a set of games or features; it does not establish that a particular Sky Bingo prize is available through the Vegas lobby.
Sky’s gambling brands are part of Flutter, while the Sky trademarks remain owned by Sky Limited and are used under licence. A familiar television name therefore does not mean that a Sky television subscription is a gambling account or supplies casino benefits. The terms of the gambling product determine those arrangements.

Sky Bingo: named rooms and different ticket formats
Sky Bingo is the room-led branch of the Sky family. Its purple homepage puts bingo formats and room cards in front of the reader, rather than presenting a wall of slots. The screenshot below shows that difference clearly, with 75-ball and 90-ball labels beside named rooms. It is a closer product comparison for tombola than a Sky Vegas slot lobby is.
The Sky Bingo room list includes Sky Pennies, Sky 75, Bingo 80, Cash Cubes and Deal or No Deal variants. Deal or No Deal 75 uses multiple line prizes before its house prize and a banker decision; Age of the Gods adds a themed bonus feature. These are differences in the game structure, not simply different room wallpaper.
The navigation also includes Arcade, Slingo and Instant Win games. Those sections make Sky Bingo broader than traditional bingo, but the ticket price in one room says nothing about the stake on a separate instant game. For a session involving several rounds, multiply the ticket price by the number of tickets and then by the rounds you intend to enter. Ten 5p tickets across six rounds cost £3 before any extra games; a 5p headline alone does not describe that total.
Compared with tombola, the most useful question is whether you prefer Sky’s named themed rooms or tombola’s own game formats. Compare the actual room rules, schedule and total ticket spend. A shared parent company does not make their bingo rooms interchangeable.

PokerStars: poker formats alongside a full casino
PokerStars has two distinct attractions within this comparison. Its poker offering includes player-versus-player games, while PokerStars Casino offers slots and house-banked table games. The black and red homepage below separates Poker, Casino and Sports across its top navigation, with further choices for cash games, tournaments and Home Games. The poker identity is much more prominent here than at Sky Vegas.
The PokerStars rules library covers Hold’em, Omaha, Stud, draw games and mixed formats. For example, Omaha requires exactly two hole cards and three board cards to make a hand, while the familiar Hold’em combination rules differ. A casino poker variant is not automatically the same game as a table in the poker lobby. Rules pages describe formats; the live lobby determines which tables and tournaments are available at a particular time.
On the PokerStars Casino side, the catalogue includes own-brand live roulette and blackjack tables, alongside game shows such as Funky Time and Crazy Time. Slots including Tower of Atlantis and Primal Blitz sit beside established names such as Book of Dead and Big Bass Splash. A poker player can therefore find both familiar live tables and a separate slot catalogue under the same brand.
Its contract also illustrates the legal distinctions within Flutter. The UK terms name TSG Interactive Plc for real-money services, Stars Mobile Limited for play-money games and Stars Interactive Limited for the British real-money licence. Keep the particular product in view when reading account, promotion or withdrawal provisions.

tombola: its own bingo and arcade games
tombola is the clearest departure from the familiar supplier-slot catalogues elsewhere in the group. Its British website centres on games developed in-house, with bingo formats including 90, 80, 75 and 60 balls, plus names such as Pulse, Blocks and Paper. It also carries Deal or No Deal and Monopoly-themed bingo. Sky Bingo also offers themed rooms, but tombola’s Pulse, Blocks and Paper names belong to its own catalogue.
The tombola arcade identity covers instant games and slots. The homepage separates that offering from bingo while retaining the teal branding and mobile emphasis shown below. Someone looking for a particular third-party slot seen at Betfair should check tombola’s catalogue rather than assume it is another doorway to the same library.
Its public safer-gambling tools include stake and spend limits, Time Keeper and Game Freeze. Their existence is useful account information, but no tool removes the risk of losing the money staked. The group arrangements discussed below also distinguish self-exclusion from limits set on an individual brand.
tombola’s technology now has a wider group connection. In July 2025 Flutter announced a collaboration bringing tombola-powered bingo to Sisal in Italy, including a shared Italian player pool. That is a specific example of sister companies working together. It does not mean a British tombola player is in a Sky Bingo room or that the Italian product’s conditions apply to a British account.

Sky Poker and other names in the family
Sky’s product family also includes Sky Poker, whose current site offers access to a poker lobby, cash games and tournaments. Its public navigation includes rewards, leaderboards and a tournament list. This is a separate brand comparison from a live-dealer casino poker game. The site names Bonne Terre Gaming Limited as its operator and says the Sky trademarks are used under licence.
Sky Casino also appears in Bonne Terre Gaming’s current domain register. The register is useful for confirming the company relationship, but it should not be used to count every mobile address or alternative URL as another independent casino. Equally, an address can remain on a regulatory list after the most familiar software associated with that name has gone.
Full Tilt is a good historical example. PokerStars’ Full Tilt shutdown notice states that its desktop and mobile applications stopped being available on 25 February 2021. The notice directed existing customers to PokerStars for their Stars account information and balances. Full Tilt is therefore part of the group’s poker history, not another current standalone application to put beside PokerStars in a new-player list.
International relatives and the British comparison
Flutter’s international portfolio extends beyond the brands profiled here. FanDuel is associated with its US business, Sportsbet with Australia and Sisal with Italy. They help explain the scale and history of the parent company, but they do not add three more British casino choices to this list. A group relationship and permission to provide a particular service in Britain are different facts.
The tombola and Sisal announcement describes one of the practical links between the international brands. Published on 16 July 2025, it describes Sisal offering tombola-powered bingo under Sisal’s brand, with shared liquidity in Italy. It shows how technology can travel within Flutter while local branding and markets remain distinct. Its discussion of a future casino rollout was an intention at the time, not proof that every proposed feature was already live.
Why the legal company matters
Paddy Power and Betfair use different companies for different products. Paddy Power’s regulatory information distinguishes PPB Entertainment for gaming, PPB Counterparty Services for sports betting and other entities for other activities. A shared brand name is therefore not enough to identify the company responsible for an account or transaction.
Sky’s current gaming company should also be distinguished from the older Bonne Terre Limited. The older company’s register records its relevant remote permissions as surrendered on 31 October 2025. That historical name should not be substituted for Bonne Terre Gaming Limited in a current Sky Vegas or Sky Bingo comparison.
PokerStars’ UK terms distinguish TSG Interactive Plc from Stars Mobile Limited: real-money services and play-money games have different contracting arrangements. The terms describe the British real-money licence held by Stars Interactive Limited. This is a useful example of why parent, contracting company and licence holder are separate questions.
How the Group Came Together
- 2 February 2016: Paddy Power and Betfair completed their merger, as recorded in Flutter’s corporate transaction history.
- May 2019: Paddy Power Betfair adopted the Flutter Entertainment name. The London Stock Exchange welcome announcement dates from 28 May 2019. The corporate name changed while Paddy Power and Betfair remained customer-facing brands.
- 5 May 2020: the combination with The Stars Group brought PokerStars and Sky Betting & Gaming into the enlarged Flutter group. Flutter’s annual report records the transaction.
- 10 January 2022: tombola joined the group. Flutter’s 2022 results record completion on 10 January, following the earlier acquisition announcement.
Those transactions explain the layers within today’s family. Paddy Power and Betfair have shared a parent since 2016; Sky and PokerStars arrived through the later Stars Group combination; tombola joined separately in 2022. They were not all launched together as different skins of one casino. Their histories help explain why the room lists, product navigation and account documents still differ.
Accounts, offers and safer-gambling settings
Common ownership is not a promise of a shared wallet, transferable rewards or eligibility for another welcome offer. Each product’s account rules and each promotion’s specific conditions determine those arrangements. An existing account or a previous promotion may matter under the next offer’s terms. A different logo does not by itself establish new-customer eligibility.
Some player-protection arrangements do cross brand boundaries. Betfair’s group safer-gambling guidance describes steps to extend self-exclusion to matching accounts across its named family for customers in the UK and Gibraltar. It recommends contacting the relevant support teams to ensure exclusions are applied. The same guidance says individual tools such as deposit limits and timeouts do not automatically cover every other brand, so these settings need separate confirmation.
Comparing offers across Flutter brands
A casino bonus, bingo credit and a poker tournament ticket represent different things. Compare what the reward can actually buy, the qualifying deposit or play, its expiry and the treatment of winnings. The amount in the headline is only useful once those conditions are clear.
For example, a hypothetical £20 casino bonus with 10× wagering on the bonus requires £200 of qualifying stakes. If a different offer applies the same multiplier to a £20 deposit plus a £20 bonus, the total is £400. Neither figure is a predicted loss or a promise that the balance will last that long. These are arithmetic examples, not offers attributed to any Flutter brand.
For a specific withdrawal, use the payment rules and support route for the account holding the money. A sister company’s published processing time does not establish the timing for that account, and a move between brands does not settle an outstanding payment dispute. The individual brand guides above provide a closer comparison once the ownership relationship is clear.
