The official PlayFrank notice states that playfrank.com is no longer operational as of 30 June 2026. It identifies AG Communications Limited as the former operator under UKGC licence 039483-R-319409-018.

For an account balance or pending withdrawal, the notice directs customers to asg_supportcenter@aristocrat.com. Retain your account reference, statements and relevant emails. It does not give a guaranteed payment timetable.

For an outstanding complaint, the notice points to eCOGRA’s free ADR service if you are unhappy with the operator’s final response or eight weeks have passed since raising the complaint. Closure and register evidence checked on 9 September 2026.

What happened to PlayFrank’s old sister sites?

The AG Communications domain register marks www.playfrank.com Inactive. All listed domains on that account are now Inactive. That prevents a historical AG list from being used as evidence of a current shared UK operator.
