Goldenbet Sister Sites: Santeda Brands and Former Links

Goldenbet names Santeda International B.V. as its operator, alongside Rolletto, Velobet and Cosmobet. MyStake now names GTW B.V.; its older Santeda link does not establish a current same-operator relationship. Donbet’s earlier association is discussed separately below. Goldenbet holds a Curaçao certificate, not a British gambling licence.
Which Goldenbet relationships are current?
Goldenbet’s legal operator is Santeda International B.V., the Curaçao company identified in its footer and regulator certificate. Rolletto, Velobet and Cosmobet also name Santeda in their current main-site footers. That is the evidence for treating those three as direct operator sisters. The connection rests on the contracting company, rather than the gold, teal or lime colours used to present the games.
Two other familiar names need different treatment. MyStake’s current footer identifies GTW B.V., whereas an older MyStake and Donbet agreement identified Santeda. MyStake therefore belongs in the historical comparison, with its current operator clearly distinguished. Donbet’s earlier association is useful history, but does not establish its present contracting company. Neither an old agreement nor a familiar mini-game proves that every brand still has the same operator today.
| Name | Relationship evidence | What the comparison explains |
|---|---|---|
| Rolletto | Main-site footer names Santeda | Sports competitions, casino shelves and separate live games |
| Velobet | Main-site footer names Santeda | Sports Marathon and Casino Marathon navigation |
| Cosmobet | Main-site footer names Santeda | Product tiles and distinct tournament sections |
| MyStake | Current footer names GTW; older Santeda association | A familiar product whose operator identification has changed |
| Donbet | Older agreement names Santeda | Historical connection, without a claim about its current operator |
A software platform, game supplier, payment agent and gambling operator perform different jobs. A supplier can provide games to unrelated businesses. A payment agent can process transactions without being the company that contracts with the player. Even where Santeda is named at both sites, that does not establish a shared password, transferable balance, common welcome eligibility or an identical decision on a complaint. The terms attached to the particular account still matter.
Three Santeda brands compared
Rolletto: sports competitions and separate casino shelves

Rolletto gives sports competitions a prominent place alongside casino games. Its current public material describes a sports leaderboard running from September 2026 into January 2027, an accumulator-related free-bet feature and a fantasy-league service for Rolletto members. These are different activities: a fantasy squad, a settled sports bet and a casino spin have different participation and scoring rules. A large combined prize-pool headline is not the reward promised to an individual customer.

The July picture shows a dark teal lobby with separate Sports, Casino and Live Casino tiles, followed by three smaller game collections. Book of Dead appears in the casino selection, while roulette and blackjack occupy the live-game area. That visual separation is more informative than describing Rolletto as an identical copy of Goldenbet. It also contrasts with Goldenbet’s gold homepage and row of top-game cards. The pictured Grand Betting Run banner is a dated promotion, not the present sports leaderboard’s conditions.
Rolletto’s range extends beyond slots, so a casino comparison should not silently import sports-bonus rules. An accumulator promotion can require a particular selection count and minimum odds; a casino reward can depend on entirely different games and contribution rates. Its own account information is the relevant starting point for those distinctions. A Goldenbet promotion does not become available simply by opening another Santeda-branded homepage.
Velobet: sports and casino marathon navigation

Velobet makes its product organisation particularly visible. Sports Marathon and Casino Marathon have their own entries alongside Sports, Live, Casino, Live Casino, Virtual Sports, Esports, Mini Games and Racing. A customer comparing it with Goldenbet is therefore looking at more than a different percentage on a welcome banner. The site separates sports activity from casino activity, and its two marathon names should not be read as one interchangeable competition.

The July 2026 image shows black and lime branding, a welcome-package banner and a Popular Slots shelf. Book of Dead, Loco Luck, Hot Chillies, Hand of Anubis and Wanted Dead or a Wild are visible examples from that picture. They explain the slot-led presentation, but are not a promise that every title, stake setting or historical promotion remains available to every country. The large percentage and spin count in the banner describe that dated package.
Velobet’s current main-site footer names Santeda International B.V. and separately identifies Santeda International Limited as a payment agent. The second company’s name does not replace the first as the gambling operator. Nor does a shared operator establish that a withdrawal at Goldenbet and one at Velobet will use the same method or finish together. For practical comparison, keep the marathon rules, cashier conditions and legal entity as three separate questions.
Cosmobet: product tiles and tournament sections

Cosmobet combines Sports, Casino, Mini Games, Live Casino, Esports and Live routes in a colourful product-tile layout. Its current navigation also includes Predictions and Tournaments. Those labels describe different products: a scheduled sports market, an instant casino game and a ranked competition are not alternative names for the same bet. The individual rules and the amount committed remain important even when the menus sit next to each other.

The March screenshot uses purple, blue and pink accents rather than Goldenbet’s gold. A cryptocurrency cashback banner occupies much of the first screen, with six product icons underneath and the beginning of a casino shelf below. That is useful evidence of how the homepage divides its offering. The banner is historical advertising; it does not establish a current cashback entitlement or make a cryptocurrency payment more recoverable.
Cosmobet’s main-site footer identifies Santeda, which supports the direct operator relationship. A matching footer is stronger evidence than a similar supplier list, but cannot establish identical odds, withdrawal decisions or customer-service outcomes. Those depend on the actual product and account. A different theme also leaves the British licensing question unchanged: Santeda’s Curaçao certificate is separate from authorisation by the Gambling Commission.
MyStake and Donbet: current and historical evidence
MyStake now names GTW B.V.

MyStake remains a relevant comparison because older descriptions regularly place it beside Goldenbet. Its present English footer, however, names GTW B.V., company number 165433, and identifies CYGTW LTD as a payment agent. Goldenbet names Santeda, company number 151296. These are different legal names and registration numbers. The older association should not be converted into a current same-operator claim.

Its public navigation includes Sports, Live Sports, Slots, Live Casino, Virtual Sports, Racing, Esports, Tournaments, Originals, Mini Games and Prediction markets. The Originals shelf currently includes branded titles such as Padelo and Squid Gambler alongside games from other suppliers. The July picture shows a sports promotion and four large Sport, Casino, Mini Games and Live Casino tiles. Familiar navigation explains why readers compare the products; it cannot establish their present ownership relationship.
The older MyStake and Donbet agreement names Santeda. It is evidence of an earlier association, not a substitute for MyStake’s current company identification. No date for the operator change is established here. A player with an existing dispute needs the company and terms applicable to the transaction, rather than assuming a new footer settles responsibility for an older balance.
Donbet in the earlier Santeda agreement

Donbet appears alongside MyStake in that earlier agreement. This establishes a historical connection worth recognising when reading older Goldenbet sister-site lists. It does not prove that Donbet currently shares Goldenbet’s contracting company, licence or cashier conditions. The current-operator distinction matters more than whether the site still uses recognisable characters and familiar product labels.

The July 2026 screenshot shows Donbet’s black and yellow navigation and illustrated character tiles for Sport, Casino, Live Casino and Mini Games. Its pictured cryptocurrency promotion is historical. It is useful for identifying the product and explaining the old comparison, without describing the offer as presently claimable. In particular, a dated banner does not prove a present minimum deposit, cash-out limit or country eligibility.
For an existing Donbet account, use the contracting-company information attached to that account and transaction. A logo, an old network list or a previously published traffic statistic cannot establish a shared wallet with Goldenbet. Donbet is therefore discussed separately from the three brands whose current footers name Santeda. There is no basis here for calling it a reliable backup for someone facing a Goldenbet restriction.

Goldenbet’s current public menu separates Sports, In-Play, Racing, Virtual Sport, E-Sports, Casino, Live Casino and Instant. Racing and a sports cashback feature also receive prominent homepage links. That breadth explains the sportsbook-and-casino description, but it does not mean every menu uses the same betting rules. A real horse race, a simulated event, a live table and an instant game have different settlement events and potential costs.
The July screenshot shows the earlier Thursday-and-Friday spin banner, followed by product icons and top-game cards including Legacy of Dead, Snoop Dogg Dollars, Money Train 2, Coin Strike, Book of Dead and Sun of Egypt. Those are dated examples, rather than a verified current game count. The public live-casino area also distinguishes roulette, blackjack, baccarat and other formats. Check the rules inside the particular game for its version, limits and payout table instead of treating a provider’s name as a fixed set of conditions.
On a phone, the useful distinction is between navigating a lobby and committing money. A promotion tile, a market selection and an accepted bet are different stages. Before repeating an action after a connection problem, check whether a transaction was recorded and keep its identifier. A useful record distinguishes the payment event from the separate game result. A connection failure does not by itself establish whether a stake was accepted or a result was settled.
Bonus terms: base, expiry and cash-out caps
The important bonus number is the amount of qualifying play, followed by the expiry and any restriction on converting winnings to cash. A multiplier without its base is incomplete. Goldenbet’s general terms distinguish several reward categories, so a rule for promotional spins should not be presented as the universal condition for every deposit offer.
| Illustrative offer | Qualifying wagering | What changes the calculation |
|---|---|---|
| €100 deposit plus €100 bonus; 10 times both | €200 × 10 = €2,000 | Both amounts enter the base |
| €100 bonus; 10 times bonus only | €100 × 10 = €1,000 | The deposit does not enter this example’s base |
| €20 promotional winnings; 10 times winnings | €20 × 10 = €200 | The base is the winnings, not the original spin stakes |
These examples explain arithmetic; they are not quotations of a current welcome package. A 100% deposit match also has a ceiling. If the hypothetical ceiling is €100, depositing €200 does not produce a €200 bonus. Likewise, a spin count needs a stake value: one hundred spins at €0.10 represents €10 in spin stakes, not €10 of guaranteed winnings. An accumulator free bet has a different valuation again because its stake-return and qualifying-selection rules can change the cash return.
Goldenbet’s general rules give promotional spin and free-bet winnings ten-times wagering, a seven-day period and a stated maximum withdrawal of €100 or currency equivalent. A campaign with explicitly different conditions is an exception to that general rule. The Gambling Commission’s British bonus-wagering rule, effective from 19 January 2026, limits wagering on bonus funds to ten times for its licensed operators. A similar-looking multiplier on an offshore promotion does not establish British licensing or equivalent terms.
Current spin promotions have campaign-specific exceptions
The official promotions page lists a Thursday-and-Friday spin campaign on Hot Chilli Bells. Its specific terms describe a qualifying deposit of at least €50 or currency equivalent, code activation within one hour, and one hundred spins for that day. Completing the qualifying steps on both days produces the two-hundred-spin headline. Those terms describe wager-free spin winnings and a €1,000-equivalent withdrawal cap, unlike the general ten-times and €100 rule.
This is a useful example of why a campaign’s own conditions matter. Two hundred spins does not mean two hundred spins for one qualifying deposit, and wager-free winnings do not mean an unlimited cash-out. The campaign can be amended or withdrawn. Its deposit condition is separate from the amount that may be lost during play; a bonus headline is not a guarantee of receiving the deposited money back.
Other public promotions distinguish a slot leaderboard from sports cashback and accumulator free bets. A leaderboard ranks activity against other participants; a free bet is a conditional stake for another wager. Neither should be valued as cash already available in a bank account. The eligible product, required action and reward form need to match before comparing two offers.
Game contributions also matter. In an illustrative €1,000 target, €100 of stakes contributing at 100% reduces the outstanding target to €900. If those same stakes contribute at 10%, only €10 counts and €990 remains. A game excluded from contribution may count for nothing. These examples do not identify Goldenbet’s current contribution schedule; they explain why the named eligible games and the wagering base must be read together before valuing any reward.
Payments, account checks and complaint records
Goldenbet’s general terms state €20 minimum deposits and withdrawals, €7,500 per seven days and €15,000 per thirty days in withdrawal limits, subject to specified exceptions. They also state a €50,000 non-jackpot limit per bet or spin, with progressive jackpots treated separately. A displayed balance, the maximum permitted win and the amount processed in one period are therefore different figures. For example, a €12,000 eligible balance is larger than the ordinary seven-day processing ceiling.
Its identity-checking policy describes identification and residence evidence, including a passport or identity document and a recent bank statement or utility bill. It describes checks around transactions and continuing risk assessment. Cryptocurrency does not remove the operator’s ability to request these documents. Using a quicker payment network cannot establish that an account review is complete.
The general terms also require deposited money to be wagered before withdrawal and define a dormant account after twelve consecutive months without logging in or out, with a monthly charge of up to €10 while a positive balance remains. Payment details need to match the person who owns the account. A statement reference, withdrawal request date and method help distinguish a casino’s approval stage from a bank or network transfer. If money is delayed, keep the request identifier and the exact document request, rather than repeatedly cancelling and resubmitting a payment without understanding its status. This does not promise that a particular delay will resolve within a named number of hours.
The official support information lists live chat and support@goldenbet.email. The general terms specify a two-month complaint window. An account holder should record the incident date, amount, game or bet identifier, payment reference and relevant promotion. Keep the original transaction evidence and the operator’s response together. A general allegation about game fairness is harder to assess than an identified transaction with a clear explanation of what was expected and what occurred.
An illustrative interrupted purchase record might say: “On 12 October at 20:10, my €20 payment was confirmed by the payment provider, but the account history did not show a corresponding credit.” The time, reference and amount let the operator identify a payment event. A missing game win needs a game or round record instead. Do not substitute someone else’s complaint for your own transaction details, and do not send identity documents to a review-site comment thread or an unverified contact address.
Licensing and self-exclusion
Goldenbet’s linked Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate identifies Santeda International B.V. and shows an Active status when checked on 16 October 2026. The Gambling Commission’s business-register searches for Goldenbet and Santeda returned no results. A Curaçao certificate does not authorise gambling services under a British licence. Readers in Great Britain should not treat the availability of a website, English-language text or a familiar payment logo as equivalent to that authorisation.
GAMSTOP explains that all online gambling companies licensed in Great Britain must participate in its service. An offshore operator’s own self-exclusion tool is a different arrangement. A list of related brands should never be used to work around an exclusion, an account closure for gambling harm or a spending limit. If a block is helping you stop, changing a logo or payment method does not resolve the reason for that block.
For the broader distinction between an operator, a supplier and an old network association, our casino networks guide explains how those relationships are organised. A current operator name is useful evidence, but is not a recommendation about the reliability or suitability of a gambling product.

The February 2026 reports below are attributed accounts of individual experiences. They include both praise and a complaint, with no independently established resolution. They are not a representative current satisfaction score, proof of a defective game or evidence of the time another customer’s withdrawal will take.
- Daniel, 19 February 2026: described game crashes and a sequence of losing spins, and said an offer of video evidence did not lead to the response he wanted. The reported losing sequence does not establish manipulation.
- Harry, 19 February: gave a broadly positive account of using the site, without identifying a transaction against which the claim could be assessed.
- Sood, 18 February: praised deposits, withdrawals, support, game variety and sports features including cash-out and combinations. These were the reviewer’s experiences.
- Joe, 18 February: described the interface as straightforward and easy to use.
- Derekb, 18 February: reported quick withdrawals and an easy overall process, without an independently verified payment timeline.
- Gareth, 18 February: reported no problems and expressed a positive view of the service.
- Liam, 18 February: praised an app’s operation. The comment does not establish an official app’s present availability or supported devices.
- S, 16 February: praised the range of options and customer support.
- Jordan, 16 February: gave a positive view of game selection.
- Tousif, 16 February: described a busy service with decent games, while noting that there was a lot happening on the interface.
September to December 2025: promotions and feedback
The 30 September 2025 promotion report described a Champions League accumulator reward involving a qualifying stake, minimum odds and a free bet. Its useful historical distinction is between the paid qualifying bet and the later promotional stake. A free bet did not make the first wager risk-free. Its match-day timetable, exclusions and settlement conditions belonged to that specific offer, rather than every subsequent Goldenbet sports promotion.
The 24 October 2025 feedback report focused on positive comments about payments, game choice and ease of use. The 6 December report discussed another period of largely positive comments, alongside some difficulty withdrawing. Those dated summaries cannot establish a current rating or an overall payment success rate. A review invitation, a star rating and a completed bank transfer are different pieces of evidence.
On 14 November 2025, a third-party review from Non GamStop Casinos was described as awarding Goldenbet 9.5 out of ten while emphasising bonuses and cryptocurrency payments. That is an attributed editorial score, not a regulator’s assessment. In particular, access outside a British self-exclusion scheme should not be treated as a benefit for someone trying to stop gambling. A review score cannot settle an account-level verification or withdrawal dispute.
January and February 2026: bonus coverage and player accounts
The 6 January 2026 promotion roundup attributed bonus-code coverage to Poker Calendar Asia and discussed deposit packages, spin promotions and sports rewards. Publication by a regional information site does not establish that Goldenbet expanded into that market or recruited a particular number of players. The promotion’s country rules, currency and activation conditions remain more relevant than where a code was mentioned.
The named February reports add a different kind of history: people describing actual or claimed experiences rather than a publisher describing an offer. A positive withdrawal report and Daniel’s technical complaint can coexist without establishing which experience is typical. The practical lesson is to retain specific transaction records and separate an operator’s written conditions from an individual’s opinion.
Goldenbet sister-site questions
Which sites currently name Goldenbet’s operator?
Goldenbet, Rolletto, Velobet and Cosmobet name Santeda International B.V. in their main-site legal statements. This establishes an operator connection, not shared account balances or identical offers.
Is MyStake still a direct Goldenbet sister?
MyStake’s current footer names GTW B.V., whereas Goldenbet names Santeda. The older Santeda association is historical evidence and does not establish a current same-operator relationship.
Why is Donbet listed separately?
An earlier MyStake and Donbet agreement names Santeda, but that does not establish Donbet’s present contracting company. Its dated product comparison is therefore separate from the current same-operator list.
Does a Curaçao certificate mean Goldenbet is British licensed?
No. Goldenbet’s Curaçao certificate and British gambling authorisation are different. Searches for Goldenbet and Santeda in the Gambling Commission register returned no results on 16 October 2026.
Does ten-times wagering always mean the same turnover?
No. Ten times a €100 bonus is €1,000; ten times a €100 deposit plus €100 bonus is €2,000. The offer’s stated base, eligible games, expiry and cash-out cap must be read together.
